Annabel Nicholson is an artist who works extensively with film. Her work has been shown and performed in Britain and abroad. Most of her work is considered Modernist and avant-garde. She has studied at Hornsey College of Art in London and at St. Martin's School of Art. In addition to filmmaking she has also been a part-time lecturer in several art colleges. She has also been involved with developing the London Film-Maker's Cooperative as a Cinema Organizer. In addition she was a co-founder of Circles, a feminist distribution outlet in Britain. In 1983, she worked as a script writer for a documentary on Channel Four Television, Britain's television showcase for independent, cutting edge filmmakers. ~ Sandra Brennan, Rovi
