Actors -  Joseph King

Actor/director Joseph King's screen credits extend as far back as 1913. As an actor, the stocky, take-charge King hit his stride at Warner Bros. in 1936, spending the next several seasons playing doctors, lawyers, police commissioners and newspaper editors. At Universal, he was briefly seen as the ill-fated Sheriff Keogh in Destry Rides Again (1939). Joseph King made his last film in 1942. ~ Hal Erickson, Rovi
