skipping this, DID NOT see any trailers or TV spots it's not worth going to the theater if a film hasn't been marketed as much as it should

Leon is always quick to point out how actors do in fact age, must be some self-conscious thing. Action movie where only the action is good, it's kind of the main point of it. Then again they liked the last Twilight movie, anything with a shade of masculinity and you know they won't like it. Personally I'm just completely and utterly fed up with PG-13 poofy hairdo scrawny 23 year olds wearing tights in front of a green screen, now that shit is boring.

I liked the film. I'm so sick of PG-13 super hero action movies now that it was very refreshing to see a good brutal R rated action film again starring people that know how to fight without wearing ridicules costumes.

Van Damme had re-defined being a coke head and mixing martial arts with the two step dance move/booty shake that later, Alfonso Ribeiro aka Carlton from the Fresh Prince took to the next level. This is purely fan service and scraping a few bucks for aging actors who are either paying off divorces or their detox programs in Malibu. It's also a damn shame Van Damme was never flexible as a young man. He had so much potential.

God damn shame about this movie. Few good parts that were just too little too late. The fights are definitely worth the rental, but every thing else falls flat. Scott Adkins deserve to display his skills in more movies. Hopefully he will get more opportunities.

Well, this is a bit surprising. You guys don't usually review...this kind of thing. Excluding the RV, of course.
