    Wow, I totally saw the twist coming in this one--there couldn't have been a whole movie without it. I wasn't drawn into the first half much, maybe because I'm in the medical field and have seen doctor's go through much worse circumstances. Overall I thought there were way too many plot holes for me to be immersed. Rental; only for the music and performances.

    @Xoandre

    You're an idiot, sir. How can you judge how well a movie services a point, or is ultimately pointless, if you were asleep through the fucking thing? Just because a movie doesn't interest you doesn't mean it has nothing of interest. Proper, objective criticism is not based on your short attention span.

    I fell asleep after 10 minutes of nothing but boring lines delivered nonchalantly between actors on screen. The music did nothing for me.

    The story... uhh... well, I was so out of it bored that I awoke some time after 30 minutes of nothing happening, that I did not seem to miss much. The horrible hair extensions, lackluster uselessness of Channing Tatum's character, and conceitedness of Catherine Zeta Jones in that tight hair bun and black rimmed glasses... it made no sense and was boring, tedious, and pointless.

    In the end, I awoke and sauntered out into the real world with not even the energy to pleasantly ask for my money back.

    Dumb, boring, and pointless.

    It's not Catherine Zeta Jones' fault that she looks bad.  It seems a lot of makeup artists have not adapted to digital.  Bad makeup is a pretty common problem these days.

    Spoilers: Any movie that makes Catherine Zeta Jones and Rooney Mara make out with each other is a Full Price in my book. I never knew who Rooney Mara was before this but DAMN shes a beautiful person.

    I haven't seen this yet but still, there's a reason I think Rooney Mara did so well. In a recent interview, she said she interviewed depressed people and a bunch of stuff. She really did her homework. That and she's just a good actress.

    Cyrus I think the way you felt about this Movie is similar to the way I felt coming out of Chronical. Liked the way the film was going in our heads and we were peicing together this film and wanting to see what will happen and then it twists and what we were interested in seeing was not cared about in favour of something else. I still really enjoyed chronicle and sounds like you really enjoyed this film. I will definitely give it a watch.

    Bad mistake with the naming of this film.

    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0438427/

    A comedy with the same name with basically the same topic.

    I have or at least had Social Anxiety Disorder, to a point where when I went out in public I would feel like I was going to have a heart attack and I would get really quite and nervous and freeze up. I would be terrified, that sucked because I actually loved going places its not like I wanted to stay inside and no body bother me. So I went to the doctor and they put me on a medication. Its been great I can actually go places and be exploitative, I love it.

    Your description of Channing Tatum's performance could also be said to describe a candid thought of how an intellectually disabled person performs at a respectable job in any american establishment.

    Drugs are not for just anybody and everybody who have a problem. I had to see soooo many doctors and thearpist before I was put on some type of medication. I've been taking pills since I as in third grade when my parents found out I had Aspergers, so I had pills to help me digest food, some vitamins here and there and even some holistic medicines and exercises. Now I've have switch to Cymbolta within five years, and while it may be imfamous for having the warning 'may cause depression and suicidal thoughts', if I  do skip a dose, I end up physically feeling bad and would be more emotional throughout the day (And it's not just cause I'm on my period before anyone ask :P). So, it is working because generally I feel so much stress due to my inability to adapt to change as well as others and stress from work, as well as the future and money, the usual. I agree that some people should not be on certain types of medication because their body cannot handle the chemical change or if the medication is too strong, which can cause such side effects, but for people who do need pills, it should be used for good reasons and not just, 'oh, well I thought I try this because I heard it gives you a trips' or somethng. I recommend going towards a holistic approach if you can.  But now I am interested in seeing the movie just to understand the twist and what they will say about pills in general.
