  Yea, I just saw this and they hit the nail on the head with this one. I came out of the theater slightly entertained a little confused and a little angry. The dialog and all the plot holes they mentioned almost killed it for me.

  I can never understand why people want to watch these types of movies... If you're feeling nostalgic, watch the A-Team television show. If you want to watch a movie about senseless violence? Watch Kick-Ass. If you want to watch a movie that'll catch your interest longer than a cat chasing after a ball engulfed in fire? Do not watch this movie. This is your standard "run of the mill" attempt to portray a B-Movie plot played by A-List celebrities, and it just...doesn't...work.

  I actually really enjoyed this movie.I agree that Max was to over the top and I also thought the music was out of place in a few scenes and it was trying to hard to be funny sometimes and also that there was to much slow mo.I give it a high matinee.I also really enjoyed the comic.

  I really thought you guys were gonna like it. I enjoyed it quite a bit. The points you made were valid(as they always are) but I guess I just had this expectation of a ridiculous movie and maybe that's why I liked it so much. Either way, great review!

  So I just found out about about the anti-Muslim pics. Keep in mind, folks, these things happen. Thanks to all of you being great members, though, it was brought to our attention quickly and tanken care of quickly.   Getting back to the movies... Huh. fancy that. Last years, Jeffrey Dean Morgan starred in an overrated, poorly-directed, schizophrenic superhero flick. Now apparently there's an overrated, decently-directed, schizophrenic super hero pics in theaters. But JDM is thankfully hamming it up in a movie based on a crummy comic. Why are March and April the official times for the studios to dump big-budgeted projects they have little to no faith in? Seriously, is it just because Iron Man 2 is going to come out in 2 weeks that we're getting the adaptations of "meh" indie comics?
