  I like Bendan. He's made alot of movies that I can point to that I've liked: Encino Man, George of the Jungle, Duddly Do Right, School Ties, Gods and Monsters, The Quiet American, Monkey Bone (which I know I'm alone in this world for liking), The Mummy I, II and III, The movie he just made about the sick kids with Kerry Russell.

  Brendan gained the weight on purpose *for* this film. He thought the slapstick would be funnier if his character was a big guy.
