My problems with the movie were the religion bashing and the trailers and tv spots. Personally, I'm not offended by it, but it's just the filmmakers going out of their way to shove their views down our throats. And I'm not just talking about Paul, I was watching some MacFarlane animation after the movie so it's just another push toward me starting to get really annoyed by it.

The trailers didn't give away the best jokes, but they used some good ones that should've been saved. I would've saved recess pieces and my friend mentioned saving the bird eating. Also they have this big reveal to sigourney weaver at the end, but we see her in every tv spot.

Some people mentioned how the R rating ruined the movie's reviews and box office earnings, but I think a movie like this can't not have a few dozen F-bombs and I didn't have a problem with it in the theater.

@SirD, yep i agree there was a lot of honesty, quite fair.  But I still think similar movies got a lot more heat.  They went gentle on the no so good parts.  Buy hey, that is ot bad.

Did you edit your self in Korey, I thought these were suppose to be ''uncut''. It took me out the review for a bit, just my 2 cents.

The site is getting bigger, drawing more interests, and in tern more advertisers.  I liked the Paul advertisement on the Home page and thought it incorporated the Spill Crew pretty well.  How can you not like Co-host 3000 in the ad?  However, I knew they would start to receive the "Sellout!" rants soon enough.  Listen to the review and be as critical as you would like, and you will not find the crew balking at being entertaining, being honest about their assessments of the film, and even giving a sardonic smile to those decrying the ads.  Just be honest with your own self... are you yelling foul because their is a problem or because you want to be different?

Not sure if I'd pay full price for it; but I really do want to see it sometime.

Cause like many of us here who watch these guys' reviews: I'm a huge geek too.

BTW: I have met British nerds. The guys are indeed scary but British nerd girls...makes ME wanna go back. ^__^
