Great review guys, you saved me from seeing this. I will read the book then watch the Christoph Waltz scenes and fast forwarding through robert paterson. We need to define the method of firing henchmen by throwing them off the trains. I am legend I only watch for the intense will smith modern take on omega man. It was a matinee for me

Great book i dunno if i want to see the movie :|, Pattison's acting ability is suspect i haven't seen him in anything that has impressed me. Oh and the book was also big on the romance and really wasn't a mystery at all.

I saw it today for 2 reasons...

    1) Christoph Waltz

    2)...KEN FOREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No he wasnt lead role that falls in love or anything...he is just one of the slightly easy going badasses.

DAWN of the DEAD (incase you're like who???). Oh and Hal Holbrook was great too.

i read the book and its great, another great circus book is Spangle by gary jennings. i cant wait to see this movie and hope edward doesnt fuck it up. and i hope they dont kill the midget clown in this version, that shit was fucked up. and i hope they keep the cooch tent. oh and the character played by cristoph is actually suppose to be 2 different guys. and the romance is part of the book it wasnt added just for the movie, she's attracted to edwards character bc he's good to her and the animals and her husband is an abusive dick. fom what it sounds like the movie did a good adaptation.cant wait to see it and again edward better not fuck it up royally

Subtext is however the point of the movie.

Subtext is not the movie. Please talk about the film and not some audience theory on symbolism.
