Even though its short I thought that Winnie the Pooh was a wonderful traditionally animated movie thats full of chuckles.

    I give it a Matinée!

"I also like the fact that Zooey Deschanel is signing this animated movie since she is my wife."

You wish she was your wife, Hector. :)

To answer ur question Leon, the guy named Andreas involved with Tigger was Andreas Deja. He was the lead animator for Tigger on the film.

There's no way I'm sitting through the 8th HP film again to see a 10 second clip. Normally I stay for the credits, but I was just too angry. I hope Chris Nolan redoes the series in 5 years. Chris Nolan with Hans Zimmer...it would be epic

Jim Cummings is the f*cking boss! Seriously, look him up on Wikipedia, look at all the stuff he's done, he's freaking amazing.

    @Hannah Wakelin

Hah, that analogy makes me giggle like a schoolgirl. But yes, it's a damn shame this didn't fare better than it did. Cars 2 has it beat, for Christ's sake.

I was wondering, why did they release this movie around the same time as the final Harry Potter movie. I mean, SERIOUSLY, they had to know what's gonna happen. I have nothing against Winnie the Pooh, but I knew what was gonna happen. In fact there was a CBC review, and the reviewer said (and I don't think I'm quoting it correctly,) but it was "they took poor old pooh and tied him to the traintracks and let the Hogwarts Express run over him."

Going off what Co-Host said, I think this has a good chance at best animated picture. Cars 2 was critically did not do well at all. This and Rango are some of the only animated films that I've really enjoyed.

Even my little sister and her tween friends love this. I'm like wha? I liked this when I was like IDK, 2, 3? But hey its for the kiddies.

I saw this a few months back with my girlfriend and we had the best time. Artistically it does some amazing stuff for a simple kids film and the 60 minute running time just means there's no filler.
This is a wonderfully written script with just enough of everything you expect.

I love how you guys start joking around for a minute then suddenly snap back into the review like nothing happened.

Rating aside, it's too short to recommend anything over a rental. A 1/4 of your time will be spent watching trailers. Although kids do love trailers... and so do I.

You're right Korey, about how much this has been pimped out. I'm sorry to be another spill member who tries to push Kingdom Hearts, but the Hundred Acre Wood was even a level in that game, which I find hilarious but awesome at the same time. Even in a Square Enix video game known for long epic stories with many twists and turns, as long as you were in that world, everything just feels a lot simpler...

    ah Winnie the Pooh

    it rings my childhood

surprisingly the only flawed movie in the franchise was the Search for Christopher Robin

everything else was fine but I still loved watching it when I was very little

I have so much respect for this film because it doesn't treat all kinds like they have ADD and need bright flashing lights and loud noises at every turn.  Movie companies seem to have forgotten what animated films for kids used to have been like, and I'm glad that some films can still take a step back and "chill out" as the Spill guys say.  Good stuff.
