i finally got around to seeing this, i thought it was good, none and i mean absolutely none of the humor stuck to me, i didnt laugh once but the horror and just the fun element made me enjoy it, i dont think it was amazing but still good.

I know this may sound crazy, but I think the movie "The Watch" starring Jonah Hill, Ben Stiller...etc. is the American version of "Attack the Block." Let's see how it goes. I still say Full Price for ATB.

I just watched it. I thought the horror, action and suspense were great, but the humor just didn't work for me. That part felt forced. Also, I agree with Roger Ebert's opinion that the movie should have been called "Defend the Block".

The concept is great, but the representation of the "block" is generic and safe. I couldn't get past that and didn't like a single minute of this movie.
