You mentioned that Ryan Renolds's character is so stupid he is basically functionally retarded, and that seems to be the theme of these writers. That's how Galifanakis was in Due Date which they also wrote, and it's how his character was in the two Hangover films, so I guess that's just what they find funny.

Wait, they CGI'd Olivia Wilde's tits? Why? She wasn't afraid to show them in ALPHA DOG.

The Secret "Si j'étais toi" did the body switching best imo.

Saw it yesterday...didn't hate it, but definitely didnt like it that much. It had its funny moments (especially Bateman being an asshole at the meeting, etc)...but all it made me think about was, "wow, Crazy Stupid Love was PG-13 and I got double the laughs from that, and atleast that movie had a good heart"...this one had some heart, but it just didnt fit at all with a baby slamming his head against the rails, throwing knives, sticking their tongue in electrical sockets, shit squirting into mouths...and really, why show any tits at all, if they arent gonna be real tits???

thats like smoking a cgi joint.

This is one movie that has almost no chance of not being funny

The Switch cracked me and had me very entertained throughout the entire length of it. Ryan Reynolds is one of the funniest actors I have seen in a very long time. He has great delivery

The first part of this review just talks about dicks and rubbing dicks on something and the movie is hardly talked about

worst review from you guys ever

I watched this movie last night.  I thought it was a really good comedy, so did everybody in the theater.  I think you guys went in with too high expectations and did not actually watch the movie for what it is, a really good R rated  movie.

yer I probably too harsh on her, but it bugs me when people get pissy just because someone disagrees with them.

I think this form of film is very much its own market, I have very little taste for rom-con films, but many love them and I believe that part of great things about movies, it really defining of peoples tastes

I agree fffff people are not gonna always have the same opinions about movies it happens look at their review on bridesmaids critically applauded plus it made a ton of money, i think the only one who thought it was ok was Leon. But they are here to inform and entertain you can't always go off peoples reviews some stuff you just gotta try yourself.

    @brutuxan-classic comment :) <3

@Rachel, get over yourself, spill ain't slighting you just because they dislike a film you like. Spills' opinions deviate from mine all the time, that doesn't make my upset because that not what looking for in a review, in reviewing what matters is their justifications for their points.

Yeah i'm glad i took a chance on this movie even after the review. I thought it was hilarious and i thought what really sold it was Reynolds and Batemans friendship there were many times i chuckled and many more where i laughed out loud and it wasn't only me but alot of peole in the theater. The actors sold it and they really sold taking over each others personalitys the speeah he gave to his daughter about how to stand up for herself was priceless. All n' all a great movie.

lol but we've already seen Olivia Wilde's tits before, Alpha Dog, why would she care now???

Easy Brut, you can ask Korey...he's met Rachel with me. She's not a blind hating troll. Korey knows this. Women who are mature and spoken for see relationship movies way differently than men. Just is. If you're married with or without kids or in a long lasting relationship...this is your movie. It's not a singles man movie and maybe not even a date movie. It's a relationship movie because you're supposed to come around to appreciate what you gave up on order to get.

@Rachel Kolb, Have you pressed the play button? Because let me tell ya' something, that can REALLY diminish the experience if you haven't.

This is by far the worst review you guys have ever done. I've been a fan for years, but you are making it tougher for me to like you guys.

So does this counteract Horrible Bosses? What's the shitty/good summer movie scoreboard say?

I liked this movie. I thought Jason Bateman and Ryan Reynold really sold the humor. If it wasn't for them I probably wouldn't have found it as funny. I thought it was a fun film. At the end of the day comedy is very subjective and sometimes even depends on the type of mood you are in. I found myself laughing at things I wouldn't usually laugh at and I just chalked it up to the mood I was in and the acting. This movie had some problems that usually annoy me in films(Ryan Reynolds character), but I was able to ignore it and have fun with it. I didn't find Horrible Bosses that funny. I had some fun with it, but I thought it was nowhere near as funny as you guys thought. To each his own I guess.

Three things Olivia Wilde needs to look better than average:

    1) Hair bangs (She got four-finger forehead, yo! ... mebe Five!!)

    2) Fake eyelashes (Not that her eyes don’t stand out enough, but it helps.)

    3) Boobs (At least a cup size up. She basically has speed bumps.)
