the only reason this movie was any good is because i saw it at a drive-in...with a HAWT DATE! ... yes fellow nerds it can happen! so if you see this movie from the back seat of your steamy-windowed car its a cool date movie...also @ JOHN MATTHEW CLAY... my date actually pointed to the screen and said "fuck off movie!...holy shit, CRAB PEOPLE!!!!" ...just an awesome movie moment for me...

Rambo, I sent you a message.

Jean, you'd definitely waste that 1$. Use it toward purchasing something more entertaining, like... a pet rock.

I had to join the site now after being a frequent visitor for the last few months, just to post this comment...

I walked out of this movie and thought, 'Some ol BullS*t!'. I wasted 15$ on some XD theater or whatever just to catch it at 3:40 and the time was 3:45... I shoulda went to my original destination [T*tty Bar] instead of diverting for this movie.

OH by the way...this movie set a record (for me) tonight...ready for it?

MOST people walking out then I've ever seen at a movie theater. Keep in mind, it wasn't packed at all, maybe about 15 people MAX in the theater. first 2 people that seemed like it was actually an emergency so it might not have been because of the movie. then about 10 minutes later, 2 parents and their kid got up and i could hear the mom saying "this movie is so stupid!".

then 1 mother left w/ her kid who seemed scared (that kid will never be able to handle a horror movie if thats the case)...and THEN 2 other people!

I felt like it was just a flock of people trying to escape while they still could. I only stayed because once I sit down, I just don't like leaving the movie, even if its bad...I just force myself to give it a fair chance. Well...tonight should have been my first walk-out.

Also, as good as this boring trailer did by not giving away anything...it did give away 1 thing, the scariest part (the Russian skeletons) honestly if they didn't spoil that, I would have been somewhat spooked the 1st time it showed that since it was building up to it. To the point it built up sooo much that I just wanted to skip it because I knew it was a damn skeleton!

I REALLY dont want to (and wont) spoil anything, but this is 1 movie where the temptation is so high because it makes you just want to blurt it out and say "save yourself some pocket change, unless you want to see some ____ try to act scary".

I was looking forward to this because I've actually enjoyed most of the 'found footage' movies that's come out in the past few years...and knowing this was on the Moon and the trailer didnt give anything away, I was hoping for it to be scary, or atleast pretty fun.

Well, I snuck into this after The Help (which was EXCELLENT!) and all this movie did was make my back hurt and I just couldnt feel comfortable because it was so boring. and I love most things about Space or dealing w/ NASA.

Also, with what the "mystery" turns out to be, the scariest part is, I kept thinking "what if it turned out to be ___" and it fucking did, in a way I couldn't even believe it and I thought "ok, there's GOTTA be something else though"...nope,  there was only about a few minutes total of half-ass "suspense"...not even suspense, just one of those "oh here we go" moments, which always ended up turning out to be more lame than imagined.

I really don't know what to defend about the movie. I think the only decent thing was finding the Russians, because that would have made a much more interesting story..it was just bad. The Debt and The Help blew away my expectations while this one trashed them.

Funny, I hear some people say "The Help was ok but too damn long" while I thought it was the perfect length, and it was actually somewhat needed, or if nothing else I never got bored, was invested into every character, and I admit-tingly teared up a couple times and fell in love w/ the story...then I walk into this piece of stinking shit and made me feel like I just wasted hard earned money that I didn't even spend!!!

I'll ATLEAST say it wasnt the worst thing I've seen, but its up there for sure. This movie was a warning saying "if THIS is bad...think about how bad Shark Night 3D (in 2D) will be!" seriously...if I'm gonna see one shitty movie this weekend, I'll atleast take a trip up to space, cause SN3D looks like the poorest excuse of a movie in a loooong time, it even makes The Smurfs look decent.
