Korey how are you gonna say there is someone bigger than the Rza? The Rza is a god among men! WuTang forever

Rewatch the 1st & 2nd movies again they aren't as bad as y'all are saying. The second one is definitely a lesser movie than the 1st but it isn't terrible. I've listened to hundreds of reviews of bad movies it could be worse. I still found laughs in it besides the dumb parts (like the hunter & his wife)

i saw it last night. I was high, and to be honest that didnt help much. right around the time harold got his dick stuck to the poll i just started getting bored with it. and there was that incredibly awkward moment at the end when kumar's girlfriend was like "you know what, dont quit weed, next time theres a drug test just use my piss!". i thought that was kind of insulting to the audience, or at least totally pandering. then again everyone in the theater was fucking retarded anyways.

I really enjoyed the first one and this one too. I would advise that anybody interested should skip the second one entirely.

Thanks for posting that AP phobia clip.  When I first heard puppy phobia, it sounded goofy.  But add the breed Pit Bull and the fact that he was there when his friend was torn up by one when he was younger, then it makes all the sense in the world.  Back to H&K3D, the line that laid me out flat was a totally stupid one when they were setting up the real Christmas tree: (paraphrasing) "where's the decorations?" and the answer from the cross-eyed inlaw,  "My eyes are fucked up".  I don't know why, maybe because it didn't properly answer the father-in-law's question, but that caught me funny.

Wasn't a huge fan of the first two, but at least enjoyed the two leads. Saw this one today and agree that is was hilarious! Really fun 3D, even layers between delightfully absurd & character based raunch gags and actually felt like a well dressed Christmas film. I did hate the claymation scene (felt so forced) and the 3D lighting distracted me too much in non-3D focused scenes, but it was still way more fun than I expected. I'd given a really high Matinee.

Honestly, even once being a fan of the 1st one...when I saw the trailer, it seemed like they were just trying to milk out the franchise as much as possible...or atleast had nothing funny about it.

Then I saw it today, and it was so damn funny. The 3D was used well, and NPH was phenomenal...he was basically the start and barely in it. Even Patton Oswalt, RZA (and his friend) and DANNY TREJO was awesome. Everyone in here was good. I saw the 2nd movie and hardly remember it for good reason, but this was definitely the best one. and yet...there were only 3 other people in the entire theater...I was surprised.

...and yes, that was the "puppy guy". as soon as I saw him I was like..."shit is that him!?" then it showed the tattoo on the side of his face and I said "wow!" lol.

This was a huge surprise...I thought it would either work, or end up being total dogshit. It ended up being a movie so offensive that you forgive it completely since its so over-the-top and harmless overall. Nothing that should actually offend people and make them say "wow fuck this movie".

Its crazy how much Danny Trejo made me laugh even when hes not joking around. Like when he's pissed that Harold is "about to kill Christmas" with his fake tree, and when he whistles for his old one..even that simple whistle was humorous. The locations and tone of the movie was SOOOO much better than the last ones.

It has predictability of course, but the ride is so fun that I was never bothered. It made it actually feel like the end of December and Christmas is right around the corner. Usually the 'Christmas movies' they release around that time...doesn't even set the mood, and yet THIS did, and November just began lol.

NPH though, wtf they used his character to the best they possibly could. When he joked about "see ya in the 4th one"...it actually made me think right away "how the hell can they top this?".

They are gonna have to REALLY raise the bar in order to beat this one, because this set it (not that its praising it as the best movie of the year, but its definitely one of the funnest).

"Nothing bad ever happens in Claymation." This is such a great film!

Btw, I looked up the puppy guy online. His name is Marvin, well there's an actor named Marvin in the film. He plays Timo Perez (so in the film he's obviously related to Machete). Anyways, it sounds like u guys were right, puppy guy really is in this film . NICE CATCH!

Your review convinced me to give this a shot this morning.  Glad I did.  Everything you guys said was true accept for the stop motion bit.  It cracked me up when it went straight from pinching the squirrel's cheeks to the live action version of that.  3D jizz had me rolling in that "No, they didn't just do that, did they?" kind of way.  And kudos to Harris's turn.  My only problem is that seemed to be a 3D conversion in spots (certain things appeared unnaturally in front of other onscreen objects) but the parts that were suppose to come at you certainly did.  If I trusted my local newspaper critic, I would have given this a pass (because I hadn't seen the last two films) but I was in the mood for some yucks and darned if I didn't get them.  Thanks.  First I got laughs from your review, then laughs from the movie.  I'm very glad I stumbled across one of your youtube reviews months back.

I really enjoyed the first Harold and Kumar. Thought the second was crap, but still had a few good laughs. I tend to like this series more than the spill crew so based on the review I'll probably end up checking this out.
