I liked the first one, but it also seemed rushed. I think I'll probably avoid this in theaters.

Hrm, not many people here are Happy Feet fans, but I dunno... I hear Korey and Leon gush about the first film, and now I actually want to see the first "Happy Feet," nay-sayers aside. I suppose that's something positive to come about from this film: It's review on Spill.com made me want to see the first film. That'll work.

I can't believe you guys liked the first Happy Feet. I think it is one of the worst movies ever made. Seriously.

Okay, this movie looks bad, but I almost want to see it just for the crazy opera scene Co-Host brings up at the  25:30 mark.  It sounds so awful and bizarre it might be hilarious.

It made me so happy when Cyrus started dissing the first Happy Feet. I freaking can't stand that movie, and I love hearing other people say the same. GO CYRUS!

I don't know if you care, Spill Crew, but Miller didn't actually direct the first Babe. He just produced it.

this film has been bad for sequels to animated films.. cars 2 being one of the worst.

In my opinion while its not as good as the first movie its still a delightful, cute and fun movie sequel filled with funny moments and cool dance numbers.

The animation in Happy Feet Two looks just as fantastic as it did in the first unique and fun movie that I loved.

I give Happy Feet Two 3 stars out of 5.

isn"t it weird that the one year pixar din't win an oscar for best animated was when happy feet came out and pixar had cars. Now pixar released cars two and happy feet two followed, it would be crazy if happy feet two got the oscar.

The opera Co-Host mentioned made me think of "O mio babbino caro," from Gianni Schinni by Puccini. That's pretty high-brow for a movie of this caliber.

Great wordplay at 2:34 from Leon, the rest of the crew completely missed it.

I didnt want to see the 1st movie because those trailers with the song remixes got on my damn nerves

but its funny to see that this 2nd movie totally removed what the last one established

I'll stick with March of the Penguins again

    @Hector Fernando

One need not see the 1st movie, especially for movies like these, to gauge the quality of this one. There is no disconnect of what they're trying to do between the 1st and 2nd.

Maybe the marketing guys saw that the first film pulled in a lot of black family's so they decided to, however misguidedly, gear the 2nd one towards that demographic.

Co-Host can watch the first movie to any sequel on Netflix.

As much as I like The Co-Host 3000 I strongly recommend that he watches the original movie of any movie sequel because with all due respect its annoying to hear him say "I did not see the first movie so im giving the second one a Some Old Bullshit.
