My kids wanted to watch this and I always get a bit annoyed when they ask to watch movies like this because I think it will be dull and boring for adults and prefer to watch something with a bit of adult humor however, I was pleasantly suprised by this movie, it had a good story line, it wasn't boring and had something for everyone so recommended!

This is my first review and I'm not 100% sure I'm doing it correctly.
Myself and the kids got a kick out of this one. Pure family fun!!  Definitely recommend for those with children

Man, every single Spill review of the Chipmunks movies have had hilarious endings.  They might be the best things to come out of these movies.

Just watched it with the kids and the wife.  Loved every scene that David Cross was in!  I though he genuinely understood who the audience of this film was and thought toned-down-jazz-hands.  The movie was tolerable, tried going to sleep at two points with no luck; however, this movie is so full of pop culture ref. that within a decade this movie will be collecting dust among the Youtube videos they parodied.

So, there will be one last movie?  How about they mix it with Final Destination, and have it get a play on words title?

That Jenny Slate used to be a cast member of SNL until she screwed up and sliped and said Fuck in a skit, and her ass was out of there the next day.

I've actually seen all three movies too, with my 11-year-old sister (who has liked all of them), and I feel like Simon is the best part of every one. His attitude toward and handling of the bullies in the second movie was nicely done (not being intimidated, and standing up to them without having to become macho to do so). His little romance with Eleanor in this most recent film was sweet without being too cloying. He's always seemed responsible to a reasonable point, without being too far for comedic effect. As far as movies for kids go, these aren't so bad, I guess.

Loved the ending.  The entire movie should be remade to be dark like Lord of the Flies.

lol that ending was pretty damn funny. I noticed the animation in this video looked really good as well, so nice work there on the animators' part.
