  People are overrating this movie alot. Sure it's cool with alot of action, but near the end I got just plain bored. Even worse, the ending is not worth watching. It was deffinitely a let down for it's unrealistic and boring storyline. The actors didn't show the same pottential as they do in other movies. It's worth watching but it's a disapointment.   Although there were few suprises, did anyone expect any, it was still a passable shootem up bang bang until the end. Come on here is a super computer that can control every electronic contraption in the world yet it can not control access to the super secret 38th floor elevator nor access to its memory banks. My suspension of disbelief winked off when Billy Bob said "take me to the 38th floor" and some how without any problem what so ever he got there. By the way I believe the memory bank scene was a cheap knock off from "2001", sorry HAL.

  The only reason why Righteous Kill scores three stars (or a 6/10) is because, for all the movie's many deep flaws, it's still a bit fun to see De Niro and Pacino together on the screen. The biggest crime in Righteous Kill is that De Niro and Pacino weren't given something more challenging to do or worthy of their still considerable talent.

  I think alot of people of being pretty harsh on this movie. I just saw it last night in the IMAX and I thought it was an incredible thrill ride, and completely worth the two hours. Yes it's not necessarily original, but the action is great, the acting is very good - particularly Shia - sorry Shia haters - but the kid is good at what he does; and its an overall fun movie.

  just came back from this. it was OK, as a dvd rental. the action was alright, but the words "REGODDAMN RIDICULOUS" come to mind when thinking about the story.

  No he's not obligated. What about the reviews for Semi-Pro and 21 where he interviewed the actors? He didn't give them great ratings.
