Oh thank god! I was worried I wouldn't be able to see Brendan Fraser in another crappy role for almost a month! Why do they keep casting this guy?

A delightful adaptation of the book. This might not be a might be the perfect family, and yes, it is a little uneven. But there more than enough to put a smile on your face several times. Strong Matinée.

in my honest opinion alot of the movies with potential should have a rewrite script and by some1 good 2 rewrite it. my best example of this is along with this movie bed time stories. great potential but awful script.

i watched this movie purely based on my screen crush on brendon fraser and i'm a bookworm. within 10 min of the movie i was bored. the idea is awesome but it just fell flat. the transitions were weird. and there were a whole bunch of holes in the story. it felt like an amateur made the movie with its short scenes that don't connect. i actually went to see it as a matinee. i wish i just waited to rent it :(

Great review...remind me of the classic Warner Bros cartoons, Bugs tormenting Daffy and later Elmer doing it to Bugs...classic... Brendan Fraser has found his niche. Seem like a light romping adventure. Nothing wrong with that. And somehow I believe that would be Carlyle's literary choices and hangout....lol. I kid. ;)

First non Korey review and someone still died! I wasn't going to see this, but Andy Serkis is an amazing actor! Maybe. The effects look nice.

That ending of the review seemed like the old Looney Tunes cartoon "Duck Amuck", where it had Bugs Bunny bothering Daffy Duck on an animation board. Daffy Duck says "Who's responsible for this" and they show Bugs Bunny in an animator's office saying " Ain't I a stinka". I have that short on one of my videos.

Are you kidding me? Someone here actually wrote "in-informative" with a straight face? Oh look, it get's better! He thinks it was "in-informative" because someone didn't have a strong opinion, like opinions are informative to begin with. I actually thought it was very informative, especially when Cyrus mentions how the plot made him want to go read the book.
