    This movie is one of the biggest shit turds I've ever seen in my life. Adam Sandler is an icon to me, and I do respect him, but this movie SUCKS! I'll never look at him the same way again! Maybe he'll end up making another movie that's as good has 'Happy Gilmore' one day, but as of now, I'm done with Sandler. What are those two words I'm looking for? Oh yeah! FUCK YOU!!

    I agree... some ol' Bullshit.  While there were a couple points I chuckled, the rest of the movie was incredibly boring and/or uncomfortable.  Pacino's scenes weren't funny at all, and sometimes verged on the frightening.  It was also depressing watching a man like Pacino sink so low... ugh.  There was no established story or conflict except the repetitive relationship between Jack and Jill.  Jack is a complete asshat, and I feel absolutely nothing for him except disgust.  I actually feel a little sorry for Jill, but she's such an obnoxious character that in the end, I felt nothing.  And David Spade as a woman? I almost threw up in my mouth.  And Katie Holmes... why is she in this movie again? And the racist jokes? I'm not the guy who's the pc police... I enjoy the good edgy joke if it's actually funny.  But the Mexican jokes and the stereotypes? Ugh.  To quote Roger Ebert when he reviewed "North," "I hated this movie.  Hated, hated, hated, hated this movie."

    as an actor, i actually do enjoy adam sandler, but not like this. i like when he does good movies, funny people, happy gilmore, waterboy, reign over me. either his good comedies or his good serious

    I have to second the RedLetterMedia link below.  They nail the true intentions behind this film cold.

     

    The only function this movie served was to make a few bucks for Adam and his out-of-work SNL buddies ( Spade...looking at you ) by having this film crammed with more product placement than I've ever seen.  Then they split the 80 MILLION it took to make this.

    Rot in Hell Sandler.
