  With the new format, I don't think that you can still legitimately call these videos "Movie Reviews". The Spill.com video reviews used to be my "go to" when I wanted to see a flick because I liked the idea of going to a site where four buddies with similar taste reviewed the same movie at one time. It's appeal was that it mirrored real life, where people ask their pals what they think of a movie before they go see it. Now it just seems some ol' bullsh*t you are piecing together to show off your cartooning in the hopes of using it to pitch a show of some kind. If that's what you wanna do, that's cool. But I come here to find out what you guys think of these movies. The animation aspect makes it more entertaining, but it shouldn't be the focus. You've wandered into the realm of scripted parody, and lost the heart of what made these reviews great.

  i am shocked that you guys liked this so much. i thought it was very predicdable, Shia was still being his classic "little bitch" character, and just ehh. go see it for Tom Hardy, he was great. but Shia kind of ruins it

  Ok, that was better than the last few you guys have done.

  It feels like there is a bit more of a narrative world going on in the Spill universe and I kinda dig that. It seems that the only people you meet at crazy man rapers and psycho hillbillies, but I guess that's just Austin for ya! The hillbilly was kind of funny though and he had a creepy laugh so I was fine with that.

  It is still scripted for sure, but it was a bit more natural having you guys try to put more of a conversation spin on things. It feels more like it is trying to be a review and not just a cartoon. Don't be afraid to still improv if you feel inspired on a gag. You guys are already characters on your own, so don't try too hard to play one.

  The comedy is a bit uneven still. It was fine at first, though the toilet water joke landed with a thud. The exploding heads and such kind of came out of nowhere though. Maybe more attention to the dialogue jokes than just physical gags. You don't need to get rid of the physical gags, but they are not as funny in comparison. Especially if the big climactic gag is a dick joke...

  The reviewing was a lot better this time though. It felt like there was some kind of attention focused on them and that the video was being focused on them. That's always good when doing a video review :p hehe!

  So yeah things are improving. Just keep working the kinks out and it should be fine.

  Not a fan of the new video reviews. Missing how down to Earth and real they used to be rather than how forced and fake they feel now. Lawless was not bad minus a few little things like Gary Oldman having no pay off. Tom Hardy was a scene stealer as usual.

  loving these video reviews guys. it feels like you have gone from a bunch of guys just doing an animated voice over to actual characters with a plot. if i could make a minor suggestion and i do mean minor if theres anyway u guys could take some of the funny jokes from the audio reviews and insert them into the plot of the video reviews i think they would be even better. keep it up guys

  I love seeing your video reviews a lot.  The scripted format is a lot of fun and I like seeing where you four end up next.  Even if I never see the movies you review. I will allways check out the reviews themselves.  Your the only review site that I ocassionaly(Sorry for no spell check, but fuk it, Im tired)  go back and watch old reviews.

  These aren't funny anymore. The animation used to grow organically from from the comments you made interacting in your reviews. The funny banter between y'all is what made these awesome. These scripted scenes you are doing, and then shoehorning your reviews into them are stilted and lame. You're murdering the Spill. Why can't you see that.

  This was freaking hilarious, though you all convinced me to never touch moonshine ever! Seriously though these new video reviews are refreshing and quite enjoyable. Hopefully this doesn't mark the end of Spill with Leon and Cyrus' heads exploding and CO-Host melting.
