  Diehard 4 was a low Matinee for me because even though John Mclain was a badass in Diehard 3, this movie makes him into a super agent, or even super hero, fighting jets and helicopters with cars and trucks, like wtf. And he's damn near invincible, whereas all the classic movies, by the end, he's on his last legs. This lost alot of the polish of the previous movies. This may be nitpicking, but if something is a part of a series, continuing the series faithfully is a big part of its critique

  I havent seen any of the other Die Hard movies but this one kicked ass! Also, i think i know why Bruce Willis cant die in these movies. Its obvious hes an immortal.

  Lol, it sounds pretty far fetched. I cannot believe that they would do a 1/2 a job on the movie (after the success of Rocky and Rambo, they know that a good series can be continued with solid movies). It sounds like the only good part is Maggie Q.

  I am a Die Hard, Die Hard fan, and this one ranks second only to the first one. Willis is true to form and his age never is an isssue in this action flick. I give this three yippie ky yi ya's out of four.

  This movie was better then I expected it to me, as not much of a Die Hard fan here. It has plenty of action and a good enough story line to keep you interested to the end. But as most action movies, its very predictable and doesn't have any twists, you know exactly how its going to end. But that doesn't stop you from enjoying it if you like this type of genre.

  Just watched the movie yesterday. I thought it was great. Sure the laws of physics were broken, but who the hell cares? Its an ACTION MOVIE! I also loved the hacking aspect of it, as I myself know a "bit" about that world. (or underworld.)
