  not saying i like the film, but i will say that its not that hard to see that the drug connects them to the spirit world and it was put here to tempt the most bad ass people hell could find cuz there building an army... so the story make seance, most of u r just slow.

  I loved this video game. The story of the game was dark and depressing and had a better atmosphere with great narration and all that shit. THEY FUCKED THIS UP!!! The main bad guy in the movie was a side character for only one chapter of the game. Basically they took the story of the game and said, "Fuck that, we'll spice it up a bit." unfortunately they added rat poison. The game had it's own flaws, yes, but the story of the original game, I thought, was worth the playing and they were the first to really get slow mo right in a game. Fuck this Movie!!! Fuck it with a sandpaper and spiked dildo!!!

  Your synopsis says that Rockstar Games created Max Payne. This is incorrect. Remedy was the developer who made it. I love watching your reviews, but that was a big error on your behalf.

  I have seen it last Saturday, and I still can't believe how they have managed to turn such a great game in such a lousy movie. All those who have played the game will agree that many of the game's caracteristics were completely lost or forgotten in the film, like the lyrical poetry inbetween scenes, REAL use of bullet time, the painkillers,... too bad...

  I saw this movie today and I can safely say it is one of the worst movies I've ever seen. One thing I noticed is there wasn't a real...well...a story. There didn't seem to be a real correlation between the sequence of events. Yes, you could understand in abstract the things happen. However, the "why" wasn't immediately obvious at times. I'd write more, but to be honest, I really want to forget this movie. So I'll leave it at...this is trash. Don't waste your money.
