I agree w/ Carlyle. This is the best SAW sequel there has been for a while. SAW IV and V were real confusing and unorganized. After the fifth sequel I kind of lost hope for the series. But I really liked Saw VI. Although I do admit, I'm ready for the SAW story to be over.

As a Saw fan, I'll give this a Full Price. I loved the tie-ins with the first three films and the political overtones..

this is a new twist...a film where you cheer on the psychopath because the victims are capitalist scumfucks...still not a patch on Martyrs...

Here's a twist, the next saw movie should have Jigsaw kidnapped and put through trials set by a different serial killer, or, a ta dah, a person who survived one of his games and wants revenge

watched it online, i would have to agree, the story and commentary on the health care industry is good. the gore is good. i like that there is a saw movie that actually has something to say. but other then that, it wasnt great. i give it a rental

After having a health insurance company try to deny a sprained ankle as a "pre-existing condition," I can't think of a movie I would enjoy more. I think it will be very hard to have sympathy for the victims.

Don't know about Saw 6, and I only have had a passing interest in the series(started losing interest after the first 2),

I will say it again. We get it!! It is about a self righteous psychopath! But I am now curious of probably a more superior torture porn film in Martyrs mentioned in LEOG not too long ago.

Over-hyped, day time soap opera garbage. If you're a hardcore horror movie fan, you wont find much here that you can't find on the tv show General Hospital, just with a bit more gore. Ah, I remember how refreshing the first film was. That seems eons ago. I could care less if Jigsaw is dead or has an apprentice named Luke Skywalker, this film doesn't even try to improve the series, as if such a thing were possible.

In my point of view.. the preview was really cool.. the plot seems fair enough.. but overall never seen it.. i don't really like watching saw.. never did but all it is in this film was just gore gore and more gore.. eh.. somewhere between High matinee / low full price

Full price more plot this time, characters are better developed, seemed to be a little less flashbacks. Loved the twist.Loved the traps. Loved just about everything. I honestly don't know why you guys are complaining about Costast Mandylore. I think he's pretty good and I loved where thy took his story. Kepp em comming FULL PRICE!!

I've yet to see a SAW movie where Jigsaw's morality made any kind of sense. Even here, the premise that the Insurance companies are taking health choices away from patients and doctors is fallacious. People can get any quality health-care they want if they're willing to pay for it. All the evil insurance companies do is make it cost us less. If Jigsaw needs to punish someone trying to monopolize health care rates, he needs to find someone more powerful. Someone nobody can compete with. Somebody who doesn't have to follow the rules of supply and demand. Hmm...

Wait, so Cyrus gives it a high rental and Carlyle gives it a high matinee and that averages out to just a rental? What's going on here?

Like Gabriel, I gave the movie a Full Price, simply as a hardcore fan of the series. It's a solid Matinee for the average moviegoer, however.
