  They hit the mark on this. Will Ferrell seems like a nice guy, and he gave me a lot of laughs in Blades of Glory. It's a shame he's not in better well-written movies, because he isn't a bad actor.

  I am sorry but you got 1 thing wrong. Will Ferrell is not a talented actor. He isn't funny, he can't act, he only attracts immature people to his movies, and once again he isn't funny.

  despite The reception , I still enjoyed this movie and found it really funny and watchable mostly. I am a fan of Will Ferrell but I wish he'd stop making these sports comedies :Talledega Nights was brilliant but since then the quality has been drooping . I'd give this a high Matinee

  for me, when it comes to comedies, i don't really care too much about how good the plot is, i just care if it can make me laugh. this movie got me enough laughs for my money's worth, but it's not good. i enjoyed it. though it's terribly directed. of course a comedy that is better written i like even more. this is an okay movie. definetly not good.

  Ferrell is a very funny guy (ex: SNL and Talladega Nights). He was very talented in Stranger Than Fiction. But this formula I too think is getting too old. But hey, maybe Ferrell/McKay/Reilly's new movie STEP BROTHERS that looks really funny could make it up.

  I don't know why everyone expects oscar winners from every movie. Movies are ment to be entertaining, and Will Ferrell movies are just that. Just like Adam Sandler or Ben Stiller, all similar movies down their filmography list, but they're entertaining! Although the ultimate entertainment would come from Steven Seagal, Van Damme and Chuck Norris all in the same movie hahaha

  Co-Host 3K, I'm sure they meant that all the talent went to you. Otherwise, I'm baffled! I like Will, but I'd rather have one good movie from him a year than a dozen mediocre ones in that same time-span.

  Why would anyone expect something different out of this movie. I am sure this is a great movie if you like Will. What I would like to see is him bring a different side of comedy to the table like he kind of did when he was Mugatu. Instead of just being off the chain, he should have a focused character outside of who is normally is.

  I agree with you on your comment that he is not hurting for money. But it does seem he just doesnt care and is just having fun making these kind of movies at OUR expense. He does seems to be letting his talent go. Like a dude going though midlife that doesnt work out and eats fast food everyday.

  Wow, props to Korey. I imagine it must be hard to interview a famous actor and then turn around and pan his film. It shows though that you guys always give us the straight dope, so thanks for that.

  During the interview, didn't Will mention that was his real hair? I loved Stranger Than Fiction and I agree, I'd hate to see him keep making this mediocre films when he has a much broader range of talent to show. So... how was Will Arnett?
