thank god I only had to watch this on TV for free (though the electric bill still to much for this)

this is the embodiment of 'some old bullshit'

I do not know what insults/incenses me more about this film, fact clearly made for money and so stuck two fingers up at what made the originals classic movies to watch in place of cheap, easy and half-ass'ed production

    or

fact that the humour is so bad, that not only did it insult me to watch it, it insulted me that they clearly made this for kids only and even kids should be insulted by this film.

Shrek (2001) - An outstanding funny animated comedy movie. Grade A.

    Shrek 2 (2004) -  A fantastic animated movie sequel. Grade A+.

Shrek The Thrid (2007) - An entertaining animated movie sequel lacking the ability of eliciting sympathy and tenderness. Grade B.

Shrek Forever After (2010) - A memorable animated movie sequel. Grade B+.

Some ol bullshit. This movie flat out sucked. The only good thing is one scene when all the girls are fighting. Everything else sucked.

I'd give this a low Full Price. I think this movie is quite underrated, granted it's not as good as the first two but I still got my laughs out of it, Personally I always loved any kind of personality-switching gimmicks regardless how cliché it may be so that added to the lol factor for me however what I really dug with it was that the villians started a rebellion and teared up the city, the way it was developed I thought was just as clever as the other Shreks.

After two movies with excellent CGI, good writing and talented voice actor, apparently Prince Charming decided to kill the writing staff in hopes of either an ending in which he wins or a movie so bad no one wanted to see him lose again...and we got Door No. #2 with the jackass (not Donkey). This movie was sheer crap on a stick, a half-ass slopjob to rake in more money and continue to lower the I.Q.s of America's youth. Not even Eric Idle's Merlin could save this...in fact a forgetful wizard is a bit too predictable. Wash your hands of this film.

i give it a rental it wasn't all that funny, some characters seemed forced, weak plot. The way the highschoolers talked in this also bugged the f***ing hell outa me. old jokes that've been done before. kept wantin snow white to die along with the other princesses. I like the cast, some of the jokes were okay and i liked that they had the Dragon and Dronkeys. (Dragon/Donkey hybrids.)

They always do this with kids movies, they know kids will love any old crap. So they resurrect a dieing movie, put together all the characters and predictable events they can think of, and hope that they'll come up with something good. Funny review though "Who hasn't gone home with a girl like Fiona before?" I laughed so hard at that. You guys should make movies, not review 'em.
