  Average acting, but the story was so awesome and memorable. This is a boarder line between Full Price and Better THAN SEX for me. This movie had exposed a lot of corruption within India in a very clever and humorous way so that you don't feel forced. This is a very character-driven movie with a mix of adventure, comedy, and romance.

  To tell you guys the truth, I was gonna give Slumdog Millionaire FULL PRICE, but I was so entertained throughout the whole movie. BETTER THAN SEX! That's my rating.

  This was undoubtedly an excellent film. However, I can't help but think that it's a tad overrated. Great, entertaining and original? Yes. Best film of '08? No. Still...Full Price!

  I liked it, but it's definately an overrated movie. I've seen people in movies with way shittier lives than his, and all the "brutal events", I mean come on there are like thousand of other similar movies with way more brutal events. I liked how the story was built up, and it didn't feel to clichéd however some of his stories seemed to be abit unconnected to the questions he received... Matinee.

  Finally saw Slumdog Millionaire, and let me say it was Awesome. I loved the angle they did the movie from. Kind of starting at the beginning but, going back through parts of this life for each answer. Really this was a great film. Better Than Sex! Movie Trivia

  I've seen this 3 different times and each time I was astounded by this movie. At first I was skeptical about the hype and I decided to see it immediately after it won the Golden Globe for best picture. Not only was the filming unique (the cinematography gave the story so much underlying emotion that I wanted to rewind some parts), but the story, as far-fetched as it may be, was just beautiful. I definitely believe this was the best movie of 2008 (in the sense of filmaking and entertainment), and I would have to give it better than sex.

  Its only great cos Danny Boyle directed it, and cos Anthony Dod Mantle really did a great job. Irfan Khan and the 2 slum kids acted the best! :)

  After seeing this film a second time I must say WOW! It really is a great film. I still say Benjamen Button was best picture of 2008 but this film is still amazing! Kudos to Danny Boyle. I think he can direct any genre of film.

  *snore* I tried watching this movie twice and I fell asleep both times. My girlfriend liked it so I had to watch it a second time. The only thing worse than paying full price admission for nap time, is doing it twice. I'm a Danny Boyle supporter, so good for him for finally gaining some recognition. Way to ride the Hype train to Oscar station Danny Boy.

  For one id like to say this was not an overhyped movie! The critics just loved the movie as do we.An over hyped movie would be Twilight a bunch of ppl gathering around midnight to see a vampire and a girl fall inlove. The criics just went and said hey ppl need to know about this movie it cant go stright to dvd. Now thanks to them a powerful movie just hit us.
