My Bit in this. Slow movie, But i wasn't bored. I can tell you from personal events that the taliban are really that f**ked up. But pretty much through the whole movie i was getting pissed at how much of a p**sy this guy was. But he grew some in the end. All in all pretty good movie. Death to Taliban.

I might go see this movie just cuz I didn't know that the Taliban were into all the sodomy, stoning women, growing beards an' shit. The only thing I know about the Taliban is what I saw about 'em when they hand me flowers & pamphlets at the airport.

A wonderful film, so heart-breaking involving friendship, anger, and betrayal. A very touching and emotional story about two Afghan kids who are the best friends until something unpleasant occurs to one of them. Its a view of how Afghanistan's reality is right now and how Afghan people deal with it on their own ways. It has a beautiful photography, all the landscapes are astonishing and the music is a joy. The direction by Marc Forster is excellent, he tells a very dramatic story in a unique and tender way. Everyone on the cast gives amazing performances, specially the two kids. In conclusion, this is a very enjoyable and moving film that will make you appreciate life.

they only go after the major uploaders who upload terabytes, or the people who run the sites....anyway your chances of getting caught a less than winning the lottery and if you run programs like peer guardian to keep people from monitoring your ip address than those chances will decrease even further.....the book the kite runner was way better than the movie i thought

I haven't been considered a child for quite some time but thanks, makes me feel much better. And I've been downloading movies for a while now and never once have I been caught, I'm not really that afraid of being caught it'll probably never happen.

Whoah Kenneth..nice pair on ya, kid. :) I'm grown and I'm scared shitless of being caught downloading and in my past...before it was illegal (officially) I had ten computers on Napster and other sites 24/7...former internet cafe owner. This is probably going to be a rental for me. I will definitely Blockbuster this one. (I've turned my back on those bastards from Netflix...they funnel your videos).

Finished watching and I'm glad I didn't pay any cash for it, this wasn't tense or dramatic it was just boring. Even the most tragic scene where they rape that kid isn't that heart breaking, it only last like three seconds. It was just so hard to sit through I say you shouldn't even rent this poor excuse for a movie, it's just some ol' bull shit. And is it just me or does the scene where the kid gets sodomized seem painfully similiar to the prison rape scene in 70's British borstal film titled Scum? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z0dXnHtBcTo only less noises

Uhmm..yahh..So like great reviewlol The movie looks very well made, and seems tense throughout so it is really something that I would love. I don't recognize any of the actors in the film so that is usually a good sign that the film will be more creative

I really don't know what to fear, out of all the illegal video viewers and uploaders someone is going to go through all the trouble of tracking me down? Co Host himself said he has downloaded bootleg movies. Delete Comment

I'll probably see it eventually, though a bit grudgingly. I got the book as a gift a year ago. Didn't really want to read it but my Mother gave it to me...whattayagonnado? Way too symmetrical. So much so that I scoffed. Given the Spill Crew's review this might seem an odd comment, but the first half was very good in a Huckleberry Finn boys-will-be-boys kind of way. But then when they're adults it's just too predictable.

Watching it online, it's alright so far but definately not worthy of a "full price" score. Oh and, FIRST POST!
