  The thing that annoyed me the most is that they replaced Evey´s actress. I mean, the new actress is pretty and all, but she just isn´t Evey.Also i felt that there was too much comedy going. Definetly worst in the trilogy.

  I am deeply ENRAGED! WTF! They didn't have the original Evee! They replaced warm, charming adorable book worm Rachel Weisz with a stuck up blond b!tc# from Coyote Ugly who has probably never seen a book in her life! Brendan Frasier was clearly completely put off by her to the point where right at the end when he's supposed to give his wife a romantic kiss, he actually wrinkles up his nose and hesitates like he's going to get cooties! Jet Li and Michelle Yeoh two of my fave kung fu/Wi-Fu artists are doing these beautiful EPIC Kung Fu scenes and the camera is jammed between their belly buttons so you CAN'T SEE ANYTHING! Jet Li, who is an iconic, handsome actor whose facial and body movements are graceful and elegant, is CGI-ed for most of the film! *facepalm* WTF!??! Such an epic and awesome concept like Ancient Asian's resurrected in an epic tale of romance, vengeance and the fall of an empire just falls flat on it's face because casting and directing FAIL at retaining the actress that was really the heart of the film, and understanding that their audience is paying to be awed by the Wi-Fu! The only redeeming features were Brendan Frasier, doing what he does best, which is look really confused and terrified in the most adorable and comical way (which is really what we pay him for), and the special effects were pretty darn shiny. BUT, that in no way makes up for it! (and usually really shiny special effects are enough to satisfy me... but NOT THIS TIME!) This is an outrage! Unforgivable!

  Brendan Fraser had improved his acting in this one, but the rest of the crew is still garbage. And whenever you have hollywood trying to adapt some Asian culture, expect historical inaccuracies and stupid made up sh-t. And JetLi... he's just a kungfu monkey. He can't act for sh-t.

  I didn't particularly love the first one, and i hated the second one. I didn't have high expectations for this, but i liked it much more then mummy returns. I hate it though, how everyone says its bad because they didn't have Rachael Weis. I thought that character was weak no matter who played her. I did like Jet Li and the fact that it's Chinese mummies now. Anyway, I'll be nice and give it a really really low matinee.

  What a LET DOWN!! I loved the 1st two Mummy movies but everything was wrong in this one. First.... who is this stranger playing Eve? There was no chemistry between Eve & Rick because the Eve we all know has a little elegance with a dash of kick ass, oh & by the way she can act!! This Eve no.2 was BORING & looked to old for Rick. Second....why did they have a grown up son, it was as if Rick should have been calling him "an old buddy" instead of "son" he also appeared to old for his part. It would have been so much better if they had used the original boy who played his son because he would be a teenager now & look much more appropriate in this roll. Third....Rick was looking HOT in that body shot but up close he looked very pale & tired. Forth & last.... the writing was not good. The talking betwwen characters was plain stupid, no chemistry, nothing like in the 1st two movies the writer for this movie should be shot because he ruined it!!

  I guess since i heard all the bad reviews I decided to throw my expectations out of the window for this and because I did that, I was actually able to enjoy it for one simple reason...it was just plain fun. NONE of it made sense, but it was FUN. To be honest, I enjoyed this more than Indy 4 which I found boring until the end. Mummy 3 is in no way an overall better movie than Indy 4, but I just had more fun watching it.
