What further proof do need that David Fincher has got to be the best director alive? It certainly shows me why he's my stand-alone favorite. There's no progressive transition: No romantic thriller or dramatic thriller or dark fantasy. David Fincher shuts down thriller filmmaking on the spot to take on the art industry and not only does he nail it with the most vivid of flying colors, but in the process, he creates one of the greatest films of all time. Complex, compelling, hearwarming, extremely well-acted, some of the best cinematography I have ever seen and much more had me wishing that this masterpiece didn't have to end. I don't want to bore anyone with a full review, but eitherway, it all comes down to a 4.5/5 - Masterful for me, (Spill translation: BTS) which automatically makes it one of my favorite films and it just so happens to be tied with Fincher's first masterpiece "Fight Club". So he can make one of the greatest thrillers of all time and then turn around to make one of the greatest dramas of all time? What can stop this genius?

One thing I'm surprised they didn't mention is how hypnotic Elle Fannings eyes are in this the few minutes shes in it. I still can't get it out of my head.

I saw this a bit ago, loved it, and so much of a beautiful film, I told my friends it was like Forrest Gump but backwards. I never knew it was from the same writer as Forrest Gump, but I hope to see this sometime soon. Not quite as good as Forrest Gump, but a very High Full Price!!!!

This movie was really good, And the concept is not all that original (that being someone goes through age in a weird way). It was in the way they portrayed the life of Pitt's character that made it so good. This is definitely a full price feature. Movie Questions

This is a beautiful movie from beginning to end. They take the cutting edge of special effects without going overboard, and unusual story to bring to life a fantastic film. Yes, there are a few dry spots. But this is more like an experience than just a viewing. I loved it. Full Price!

Just inished with the movie and I thought it was spectacular. Though the second half din't match up as well as the first half, it was forgivable and I managed to be completely entertained for the whole 3 hours. Absolutely a Full Price

Great movie, the only thing that makes it not quite Better Than Sex is the long, drawn-out second half of the movie. Otherwise this is a very touching and thought-provoking film that everyone should see.

I used to watch spill.com all the time when i came to reviews. But when you go round spoiling the ending its just not funny. Even when you rate other films all you guys seem to do now is just make fun of them even if its a really good film. Ive had enough of this website

I thought it was brillant movie...from the acting, storyline and scenography. It had a real meaningful message about life & love. I personally would of given it a BETTER THAN SEX. This movie must win an oscar or two.

Just saw it and I thought it was spectacular! Blancett and Pitt are great as always, but Taraji P. Henson (Queenie/momma) is not getting enough attention! She was absolutely wonderful in her part and easily my favourite character in the entire movie.

I really enjoyed this movie. Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett gave stellar performances. I agree with Carlyle, though, that about half way through it loses a bit of it's heat, but it's still a Full Price movie. Definitley is this a Full Price movie. I think Brad Pitt deserves an Oscar nomination for this movie. FULL PRICE!

hell,i think it was all together a good movie but some this mo'fucka was too long..i mean back in the day movies lasted for long periods of time but they actually had intermissions.. now star wars and shit like that i can roll with 'cause its action oriented and it'll keep you awake but this kinda drags in the middle.. but i'd have to say this is some good actin' on Pitts part.. he held that shit together rather well.. and i agree with yall on what you said about the special effects.. that shit is seamless and fuckin' amazin'.. so,overall this is worth checkin' out...just bring some fuckin' NO-DOZE..,pimpin'

I must say Brad Pitt is becoming a really good actor. He's definately trying new stuff other than just an action hero and I love that. Cate Blanchett kind of scares me at times, but she does look hot in this. I'm seeing this on New Year's. Can't wait. Loved the end of this review guys!
