    what can I say, I went into this film thinking it had been bigged up due to death of Ledger, so when it turned out the hype was for real, I was blown away, the action was good, the actors were fantastical enough to keep the comic book reader enthralled, but real enough to not suffer from the silly surrealisms which often undermine comic book movies and most of all the story was cool, it basically followed this mystifying villain who seemed to want evil, not because he was evil, but simply because he was naturally just as a broken person. I love fact we learn, even at end nothing about joker, because nothing they could tell us, could make this character more amazing. 

     

    However, there were seem WTF or groan moments for me (like Dent, in the court case talking about how amazing American guns are) and these sort of bugged into making this a Full Price because though there more annoying than outright bad, in a film which worked so hard to be epic and did so much right, they just sort of added undermined everything.

    3yr and i have still have to see a better movie never mind a superhero movie, the best villain ever and batman is best hero in film. Christopher Nolan has took the superhero movie to a different level with this masterpiece and i cant wait for the Dark Knight Rises  i see that  Joseph Gordon Levitt and Tom Hardy are in this movie,great as both but especially Levitt were the stand outs in Inception (loved it) a film you ether love or hate! Christopher Nolan is probably the best director out there at the moment so lets see if can keep up the run of great movies,l for one hope so or they might get Tim Burton back(its my nightmare)

    LOL my mom walked over and started looking at the screen when there was corey and the joker in the bed...can you say AKWARD much! But this was an A++++ film, the characters and story line was deep and intresting, action was heartstopping, direction was superb and the performances- do i need to even say it? I agree with what you said with the Harvey Dent's role being underappreciated because it was good, but HEATH LEDGER...HOLY SH*T! This didn't even look like him or sound like him, yet this peformance was so freaking amazing. Yeah it was nice to see him win supporting actor after his death at the Oscars, but come on! Why God??? Why Heath Ledger!!!

    This is definitely a BETTER THAN SEX movie. The story was amazing, the direction was amazing and Heath Ledger played the hell outta that role. He was funny, scary, demented and crazy. Amazing portrayal of the character. I love that he's not after anything; he just wants to push people to their limit and see what they'll do. It was an awesome movie but the sad thing is what was loss with Heath Ledger's death. Could you imagine Batman 3 with the Joker coming back? I seriously doubt if Nolan would be insane enough to recast the Joker...but they'll have a hard time topping this one. BETTER THAN SEX without a doubt...

    Better than sex. In fact that grade is an understatment for this movie. I hated batman with a passion until I saw this movie. Batman was just plain awesome in this movie, but there was a better character than batman and that was the joker. That dude was fucking insane. He did anything he could to get to batman. He was my faviorite character in this movie.

    I agree with what you said at the beginning of the review: GODDAMN THIS MOVIE WAS THE SHIT! The movie was an absolute masterpeice, the best movie of 2008! I don't why this couldn't win Best Picture. Heath Ledger was awesome in this movie. R.I.P. Heath Ledger. BETTER THAN SEX!!!

    R.I.P. Heath Ledger. He was brilliant in this movie. There are few actors in History that performed better than that. Anthony Hopkins Jack Nicholson. But every actor was good ecept for one: Aaron Eckhart. He was moderate. I mean I hate super hero movies. But I loved this. It is between Better than sex! or Full Price! but unfortunatly I have to give it Full Price! You know what would happen if Hannibal Lector and The Joker had sex and had a baby? What would he/she look like? Will he actually have a gender? Would you agree with me that the world would be in ultimate chaos?

    I think Christian Bale was just threatened by Heath Ledger's performance and overacted even more so than in the first movie. His voice was extra hoarse in this movie.

    i thought that this movie was great one of my favorites and most of the performances were good too to name a few Heathe Ledger and Aaron Erkhart but granted i like Christain Bale in most things like the prestige but he seemed to be good at doing Bruce WAyne but as Batman that's where it fell through the cracks a little for me in Begins he didnt talk as much when he was Batman so it wasnt a problem but thats my only real complaint with the film
