Alrighty, I freaking LOVED this movie! I loved every second of this. I have watched the other 2 movies enough times to know how Bruce gets back to Gotham and how he can travel without money. Catwoman was epic beyond scope! Anne Hathaway is truly great and Tom Hardy as Bane was scary, he was a menacing villain. Basically though ALL the cast was great. This is my best trilogy!

    Rating: Better Than Sex!!!

Honestly, I found this movie boring and uninspired. Disappointing, really.

Okay, so I'm going to say this about this film..., I agree with Spill Team. The Dark Knight Rises not great and/or perfect, but of course what movie, really, is these days, right? There were however, actually, only two nitpicks that I had with this film, and those nitpicks were very small for me... The first one was Bane's voice during his Harvey Dent speech. He emphasized certain words in his speech, Bane's voice sounded, well, kind of noticeably/strangely weird... The second nitpick that I found with this film is, really, even smaller than the first, since it took me two viewings of this film to even spot it, never-mind three... We, currently, have a black president, and yet, in the film the president was played/portrayed by a white actor... Now, with that being said, I know and also understand Nolan's habit of shall I say fooling around (...so to speak...) with skin colors and what not, which was why I didn't, necessarily, mind it when he did it with our president in this film... So, with all of that said, in-spite of its minor flaws, I'm giving The Dark Knight Rises a low better-than-sex rating. Once again, this film was not the, absolute, greatest in Nolan's TDK Trilogy, but, by the same token, it was, still, a very good and also highly entertaining film, just in general, here, ya know?... So, nuff said already... *cool*/P :)

its a better then sex movie for me,the only thing that is wrong with it is that some dialog i didnt like and Bane being slave too Talia al ghul when i was thinking that Bane is his own man that made him scary, but when i found out that its all about the girl that was very disappointing for me, and the bomb plot looked a little cartoony, and i hate catwomans costume she looks just like some random thief, all the rest was perfect

ok my view points on this movie is that is and will never top the second one but this is the prefect ending movie and i loved it. i like everything about it the story, Bane (thank god they did't go back to batman&Robin), and just how it was done my only negative were  ending and how batman talks.

if there's something dangerous going on in the city. i mean with all those bat things you cant get a bat voice changer or nothing eles you could   get a traceceadime and i don't think Batman Beyond  movie would work due to the ending of movie and that's how smoothie see its

I'm there with you Co-Host 3000, i'm am so blinded by Bat-love, that i can find some faults in the plot, but that still didn't stop me from loving this film. High Full Price, haters can go watch Total Recall for Kids, adults please watch TDKRises.

Me personally, the movie should've been called "SHADOW OF THE BAT", but you can't always get what you want in life. Anyway, here's my review: As soon as "The Dark Knight Rises" begins, you're practically guaranteed to have goosebumps. The opening scene is hair-raising; it's exciting, it's blood-pumping, you're practically tossed around, choked out, and physically manhandled by Bane nearly every moment he's on-screen. No, he's not as big as he was in the comics but he's still pretty freaking big. Tom Hardy aka "The Pimp Of Gotham City" is sensational. His eyes are so expressive, angry, and cold. Even though his actions will probably be the first thing you remember about the character, his eyes will practically haunt you during his performance. Overall, "The Dark Knight Rises" is final in the best of ways. It is overflowing with explosive action, features passionate performances from every part of the cast, and is just completely and totally engrossing from beginning to end. Some are calling it a masterpiece, but it doesn't quite reach that status. "The Dark Knight Rises" is really kick ass and even great at times, but doesn't obtain the height of brilliance its predecessor did. This was gripping and awesome. This story is well told and well done by all. It runs long at 2 hours and 45 minutes but I don't see how you can cut it any shorter without losing the well done drama. Since this was my first IMAX experience, I'm rating this.... BETTER THAN SEX!!!!! And that's the bottom line cause the Wolfman said so!!!

Questions... Why is Catwoman in this film? The league of shadows can't get Wayne's fingerprints on their own? Catwoman can physically take down multiple members of the league of shadows with ease? Bane and all others in the history of that pit, except Wayne, couldn't jump as far as an adolescent girl? How does Bane eat with a mask that can't be removed? Alfred's last effort to save Bruce is to leave? What's the point in waiting 5 months to blow up Gotham when you have a detonator? Bane retakes the pit prison but has no one to notify him if Bruce escapes? The core meltdown of a reactor can be timed to the second? The Joker has no presence in a city where criminals are set free? The only effort to save Gotham from the outside world in 5 months is to send in 3 special forces agents? How does Bruce get back into the city? Why is Batman able to defeat Bane on the second go around? How does he survive the atomic blast? Why do I have so many questions, yet I still like this film?

Well Co-host better get out the hammer and nails for me, because at best I can only give this movie a low Matinee. I'm sorry, but the first 90 minutes of this more are boring as hell. Batman doesn't even come in to the movie until after the first hour. Which is fine if it's an origin story, but it's not. There are two fights with Bane, and both of them are severely underwhelming. These are supposed to be two of the most highly skilled fighters in the world, yet they fight like two drunks stumbling out of a bar. Could Joseph Gordon Levitt possibly have a little MORE screen time? Dude was in the movie more than anybody else. Oh well, at least Anne Hathaway has a sweet ass.

I just came out of this movie and I completely agree with Korey. THe thing about this movie that I didn't like was really the editing. It felt to me that they originally had way to much footage and found it difficult to cut it down to a 2 and a half hour movie. I feel this would have been much better if they would have stretched it out into to 2 parts, even though I am getting tired of that. Thats just my 2 cents.

I loved this movie. Was it perfect? No. Was it spectacular, amazing and kept me geussing and surprised me at certain key points? HELL YEAH!!! My aunt want to see this movie a second time, I want to get it to complete my colection of the Dark Knight, and if this is the last Dark Knight movie their making then they closed it well. Coodose Keth Nolan Coodose!!! XD

This wasn’t a “comic book movie”. I don’t even like calling it a “superhero” movie, because the Batman that Nolan has crafted is nothing like any other superhero we’ve come across before, either on screen or on the page. Let’s face it, Batman has always been a “different” kind of hero, one who has fascinated not just more fans and critics, but also more psychologists than most other comic book creations ever made. Nolan’s Batman takes it one level further. Part of what makes this take on Batman just so appealing and irrestibly compelling for me, is the fact that he’s alone in this world. He wasn’t sent here from another planet, destined to save us. He wasn’t given cosmic powers bestowed to him by an ancient alien police force. He wasn’t [insert any other traditional comic book origin story here]. He wasn’t even inspired by other heroes running around in front of him. What was he?
He was affraid. Affraid, and angry.

@Boatloads10117 Chris Nolan stated in a featurette or something that each of his 3 installments was supposed to have a different impact and meaning.  TDKR was never planned to be like The Dark Knight.

That was a hilarious review, guys!  Can't wait to see the film.  Now, if we could just get a Batman Beyond series to follow up this one...

I'm sorry Co-Host!! Bane is one of my favorite super villains, along with (Mark Hamill's) Joker and Red Skull, and I was really loving this movie until the third act when Nolan betrayed me. And you know what I'm talking about. The very ending was amazing , and the 1st and 2nd acts were also very well made! But what Nolan did and didn't do is what killed this. Since Bane was in this movie I really wanted it to be the best Batman movie ever, and I tried my hardest to not let my expectations to get high, until you gave it a Better Than Sex (most of the time I can gauge how much I like a movie by what you and Cyrus say, mostly you for action movies.) but I can't give it any higher than a low Full Price.

Kinda with Korey on this one. Love that finale, but overall this movie isn't as good as its predecesor. That's what happens when you peak too early in a trilogy.
