To me this was a bit of a let-down. About half of the jokes or maybe less were as funny as the ones in the TV series, but it was still enjoyable.

Full Price. I love the simpsons show and when I saw the movie, I was blown away by how good it was. The only problem is that this movie good have been straight to DVD instead of theaters. I saw it in theaters and it didn't work for me. I would have felt a lot better of the movie if it were one of the straight to DVD movie. Sure it's nice to see with a bunch of other simpsons' fans, but you could get your family together that like the simpsons and enjoy it just as much. It just seemed like a really long episode.

While im not an over the top Simpsons fan, the movie was absolutely great. Although it wasnt the best movie i saw in 2007, it was very funny and enjoyable. A very high matinee, close to full price.

The Simpsons Movie (2007) - B+ Surprizingly enjoyable (Slightly offensive for Christain people like me at the begining) but overall the rest of The Simpsons Movie is clean, simple and surprizingly enjoyable.

The Simpsons are the longest running tv series that still amaze me, and who didn't expect this to happen. The whole movie is a blast but starts to lose its edge after multiple viewings, but I give it "Better than a blowjob"

I cant stand what the simpsons has become. It baffles me that people actually liked this movie, and It melts my brain trying to figure out why that goddamn 'spider pig' song is so popular. Any jokes they had were already in the adverts for it so theres not any reason to watch it. I'll stick to seasons 1-8 thank you very much. It should have been cancelled years ago while it could still have some dignity

I gotta admit, this was a Matinee. It was funny, but they gave away the funniest parts in the trailer so when I saw it on the big screen I didn't laugh that much, I'm a big Simpsons fan myself and I think the TV show is way more superior than the ass kissing Family Guy desperately trying to make you laugh, but to the point: This was a great movie, but actually I've expected funnier since if you compare to the series it's kinda mediocre humor, but neverthless it's great in general and should be seen!

I;ve always been a fan of the Simpsons tv show and I liked every moment of it. It made me laugh all the way through. I will agree that it didn't need a movie, but it was good. Full Price!!

This Movie isn't funny and it's proof that The Simpsons aren't funny anymore. If Fox have any common sence they would cancel the series and say "Okay, we made a mistake! This franchise is dead, we want Futurama back on the air!" To be honest, Spider-Pig didn't make me laugh. The only giggle I got was the "This book doesn't have any answers!" In closing, if you think the new episodes and this Movie are funny, YOU'RE A F**KING IDIOT! SOME OL' BULL SH*T!

I will agree that it seems something that would be a 4 part Simpsons episode. Minus the part with Bars penis, there is not one thing I recall seeing that isnt tv pg-13. It was a movie that was good and entertaining enough, but it is also rather dull at stretches, enough to put my dad who is a simpsons fan as well to sleep. I must admit though it would of been a lot better for me at least had it been Albert Brooks playing Hank Scorpio again rather than Russ Cargill

I can't believe you guys didn't like this. I see where you guys are coming from. Yes, spiderpig is the best part, yes it would feel like a straight to DVD if you see it at home. Cyrus, what tv show DOES NEED a movie. The fans wanted one and they got one. The movie was friggin hilarious, they didn't use new actors for the voices, and- even when it stops being funny in the future- it will still be entertaining. Full Price (((( :

Now honestly the Simpsons fan is very lenient at my school pretty much when you say "F**K yeah Simpsons" your basic reply is "F**K you Family guy for the win!" It just upsets me i mean. No offense i think Family Guy is funny but half the time i get this "Im bored" reaction. Simpsons i just laugh all the way through, because most of the jokes aren't flat in your face you have to make connections with historical or pop culture refrences which makes it funny. Because first moment your like "Wha?" then after a few moments you make the connection and you just start laughing. Thats why i think simpsons is one of the greatest cartoon shows on the planet.

this movie sucked so fuckin hard, first of all i agree that the spider pig bit was probably the funniest part of the movie, the problem with that bit that they don't mention in here was that it was WAY TOO overused in commercials and shit for this movie, so by the time i saw the movie itself...the joke was fuckin old, i got a couple good laughs outta this movie, but if i were them i'd give it a rental, and a "just barely outta 'some ol bullshit'" rental
