As a hard core transformers fan, this movie sucked WAY BAD! Ok the special effects are good, but why wouldn't they be? The story was horrible! The autobots being put off earth and the decepticons destroy the rocket? Season 1, episode 4 of the cartoon. The decepticons are going to use the space bridge to bring cybertron to earth? Season 1, 3-part "ultimate doom" episodes. and the endless star trek quotes by Leonard Nimoy, nauseating.

I did enjoy this movie. Not much, but I did enjoy many parts of it. I agree with Korey that the scene where they take down the building is fucking fantastic, and whenever shit was blowing up, I was like 'WOW!'. However, this movie went on WAY too long, and is the epitome of sequelidous. I give it a low Matinee.

Being a transformers fan, and knowing the cartoon I half expected this kind of crap to be put on screen, but when this movie came out I really wanted to find Michael Bay and slap some stupid sense into his head. THERE IS NOTHING MEMORABLE IN THE MOVIE. I feel asleep on the first half of the movie, the dialogue was just... awful, awful to the point where I wanted to rip my ears out, the plot is was disgustingly predictable if there was a hint of plot, the actors are either short tempered, stupid, angry, people who apparently have temper bursts when their car goes missing and when their parents get mad for not having a job. The only thing that saved this filmed from being trashed right now is the action, which was a typical Michael Bay explosion roll, which was awesome. But other than that... F*** you... seriously... this film deserves a Razzie. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN WAY BETTER IF THEY CUT OUT THE FIRST TWO THIRDS OF THE MOVIE AND JUST REPLACED IT WITH AN HOUR OF NON-STOP ACTION.

I rewatched it last night and after a second viewing I have to say that the movie didn't become truly watchable for me until the car chase. After that, I was involved in what was going on even if a lot of what happens (especially during the final battle) doesn't always make sense and Bay drags things out longer than necessary. Before that point, though, it's a lot of annoying  "please kill me now" humor. This movie needed some serious trimming.

I think some of their reviews are great/honest. But some of them are bullcrap is movie should get a rental or matinee so what of the comedy there is hardly any the bad ones are when sam is with that asian guy that is it it like the 3 star wars movies because of jar jar everyone said it sucks that bullcrap. I think those are good movies i dont understand what is so bad about them. and the worst reviewer is that annyoing british guy on the loading bar he thinks he is always right but he aint he sucks. Mattinee.

Let's be honest: it was the third film in a bloated summer movie franchise that's based on an 80's toy commercial which, in itself, was an unimaginative ripoff of Mobile Suit Gundam. With that in mind, how could this NOT be some ol' bullshit?

If you want some Some Old BS watch The Howling 7 New Moon Rising. I view Bayformers to Burton Batmans. Not what i view a Transformers movie should be but at the same time Entertaining. I would love to see someone who could do this the right way get a hold of it. Because Transformers has Potential to be a great movie series. It has a great story and great characters. Its just needs someone who really gets it.

I went to see this with my boyfriend and even though I am not a Transformers fan, I can honestly say that I really did like this film. The special effects were very well done and were impressive, the acting was all right, and the story was pretty good too. However, I wish they hadn't focused so much time in the beginning on Shia Labeouf and just got to the Transformers. I give this movie a HIGH MATINEE because like I said, I did enjoy this film and I think most Transformers fans will too!

the film for me is disappoting because I grew up with a transformers show called Beast Wars and loved it but the movie just sucks compared to Beast Wars. Michael Bay is good with effects and action in the movie, but when it comes with the characters, he sucks.

I think it would a much better movie if it were (a lot) shorter.

Lots and lots of scenes that add nothing to the plot or action.

Transformers (2007)- Love! would give that Movie a Good Full Price.

Transformers Revenge of the Fallen (2009)- At first I liked the action but rewatching it made me realize how Shitty it really was so I give it Some Ol Bullsh*t

Transformers Dark of the Moon (2011)- Awful Bloody Film but some parts were okay so I give it Some Ol Bullsh*t

Heres What an Optimus vs Megatron fight should look like From The Hub's Transformers Prime which blows these shitty movies out of the water. They also brought back the original MEGATRON Frank Welker!

while i admit that i really liked the first movie, i think it would have been better to get someone like Robert Zemericks to direct the series, since he is known to advance the use of special effects, yet still be able to get good performances out of the actors, something which Mr. Bay fails to do in the latter.

im giving this movie a some ol' bulls**t, because a) half the movie bored the crap out of me, b) they took out Megan Fox and replaced her with a British model, who makes Ms. Fox's performance look award worthy, and, to a lesser extent, c) did not, at any point in time, put on the original transformers theme song by the band Lion, but i will congradulate Mr. Bay for at least giving me a great experience when seeing the first movie. best 10$ spent back in 2007..

Can't believe people like this Shit!! This generation does not know what good movies are. They think pretty visuals and blowing stuff up real good is what it takes to make a good movie. It's sad. And to think, this sorry excuse for a movie is gonna make a ton of money. I'm a G1 man, and these movies completely disgrace the source material. It really pisses me off that people support trash like this and not good sci-fi movies like District 9. Mr. Bay, please do us a favor and stop making movies. You're getting pretty close to Uwe Boll status.

It is troubling that the current generation has an attention span of a peanut, emphasising on visuals rather than story. Look if i want to see trans for the sake of visuals, i rather rent the movie, do an A-B repeat on the fight scenes for 10 hours, then sleep in front of the TV out of boredom. Thats how i watched the first movie.

After movie #2, i swore never to watch the third. After 3 weeks post premier, i watched only after reading a review from a website. And my God, the review didn't lie at all.

60 minutes are wasted due to poor disjointed plots that really must be viewed individually to prevent a headache. The middle point (SP treachery and Autobots leaving) was only mildly stimulating. But when the rocket got shot, i thought of a plot from the comic book based on the movie (its AU but almost similar in plot). Fight scene was a meh of usual Bay visuals, and really gave me an eyesore sometime halfway in the scene. And thank god i didn't watch in 3d.

RHW entry in the film really look like a porn shoot, as the Spill crew described. But at least she wasn't given the role of a eyecandy as MF got. But really, MF has saved face leaving the demented direction of Bay. I also find it disrespectful, even distatsteful, that Buzz Aldrin allowed one of America's greatest achivements to be satirised like that, and use his face on it. At least don't act in the film in person.

Jingoism really reeks in the film. The scene where they scared border guards in Iran really looked like they were fighting for America than for Earth. Too many cliches can be seen, too many lame jokes are heard (gay scene with Jeff Wang). Though SP Star Trek cliche was well played.

In summary, a some ole b***s*** to this movie. I cant fight with the visual lovers or Bay fans coz their minds are really capitalised by a money swindling, deragotory maniac for 6 years now. So don't retaliate by posting into my page or responding to this review just to elicit my reaction, am too tired to argue with ppl with a peanut attention span.

this is just sad and this just confirms for me what i feared the most about this movie glad i didn't go to see it for my birthday like i had planed. They started making it more and more about these stupid actors than the Transformers the first movie i liked second was ok but i started noticing it already starting to fall that's why i was hesitant to see this one.

Congrats to Lex Lazzo for retarded comment of the year. If you can't figure out what this movie lacks well you are stupid. Like someone who finds the last airbender accurate to the original series.

Bad boys II bored the hell out of me trying to watch again. Oh man the building falling was just full of stupid to me. Jumping out the window! Some ole bullshit. So much god damn money was spent on NOTHING! That's the thing people don't seem to understand. Nearly half a billion dollars in order to make three films and this is what you come up with compared to the 300 million that was spent to create the lord of the rings movies.
