  I enjoyed this movie, but it was nowhere near as good as the first. The movie got completely lost in all of the explosion...seriously. I know Michael Bay is known for blowing shit up, but he went overboard in this movie. There was no story in this one; it was like they made it up as they went along. The effects of this movie weren't as good to me. In some of the action sequences it started to look a little cheap...but boy oh boy, those cars were gorgeous! I got what I wanted out of the movie: a few laughs, some sexy cars and a lot of explosions, so I left the theater satisfied, but Bay is going to have to try a lot harder for the 3rd one. I won't be running to the theaters to see the next one...I'll wait. On some levels it was sucky, but I'd give it a low Matinee rating...

  Full Price. I was shocked when this movie got worst movie of the year because I enjoyed it. It made perfect sense throughout the entire movie, it's just that the robots should have all been colored. It got hard for me to tell who was fighting who. Another problem is the two tiny robots that make fun of each other throughout the entire movie. When I first saw them, I thought they were gonna bring in those mini robots from the show that power up the bigger ones, but I didn't get that.

  The funny thing is, even though this movie is a HIGH FULL PRICE to me, i still agree with Korey and Co-Host's comments from 5:00-5:25 because there's all this death, destruction, Optimus chopping off robots' arms, and robots rippin other robots to pieces, soldiers gettin blown up, etc., and i'm just sittin there thinkin, OK, Michael Bay has officially LOST HIS DAMN MIND!!!   Hmmm...MATINEE. Considering I saw it as a Matinee film, I thought it was a great action film, but lacked in script and plot. The animation was GREAT, I hope they continue how they got close and personal with the robots. I want the 3rd one to be just about them, not the humans.

  NOOO. Films like these don't need sequels simply because it looses the air of surprise and tension. The first one was a mile above this simply because it was different it was new and it didn't expand too far from the plot. This film pretty much takes action scenes too far. No character development because you pretty much knew them from the first one and little annoying comedy scenes thrown in to wake you up again. I don't think I've ever been bored when there's so much action. Don't get me wrong i loved the film because its Transformers...just they had the wrong director and the wrong script to get this going.

  This movie was basically for laughs and a "good time" during the summer. I dont like the direction the film is taking and if transformer 3 is like this, I will officially give up on this movie. Storyline is kinda bland and the only nice thing is the CGI or fight scenes (which were few) between the autobots and decepticons

  My God... this was terrible. I wasn't a fan of the original, but this one was... yikes. I would give it a low Rental but the really bad attempt at humor makes me give this one a rating of Some Ole Bullsh**! Pros: Special effects were pretty good. Cons: Everything else.

  This wasn't nearly as good as the first Transformers. It was a special effects extravaganza with almost no plot or character development at all. It was also way too long with many unneccessary scences. Still, the action scenes were spectacular, and it was pretty funny. Despite the movie being 2 and a half hours long, I was rarely bored. I'll give this a low Matinee, but hopefully in the next movie, Michael Bay doesn't try to overdo himself and that he keeps the next movie shorter and more simplistic.
