I agree with most flaws, though I'm not as emphatic about it. There is slowness, but I was rarely, if ever bored. I can't tell if it was because of the stunning cinematography, fine score, fantastic visual effects or generally compelling story. Eitherway, it's a solid film that could have been better than its predecessor were it not for its flaws. Still, if anything, it's right on par with the original and while it's not a great film, it was worth the watch.

3/5 - Good (Low full price)

I totally disagree with Cyrus. Tron Legacy is cool looking, Daft Punk made an awesome soundtrack, and yes it has its flaws but I was not bored at. Full Price

I loved this film. It is not a Better than Sex, but it is getting there. The 3D was fucking cool and I was sucked into the grid when this movie started. A very high FULL PRICE!!

    David M Weber:

"Flynn just sat around 20 years or how ever long it was in the Grid world and did little to stop Clu but when his son shows up suddenly he decides to become active. And what a lousy creator! He gives up on his world without so much of a fight all those years."

Flynn explains to his son when they meet the first time that he leaded rebel forces against C.L.U... only problem was, C.L.U fed on these attacks to make him stronger and gain more control. It is never shown in the movie beyond the conversation part. So we can say that "20 years doing nothing" is not entirely true. He becomes active again when his son just goes rushing towards the portal.

Great film. Definitely not a Matinee. People will be missing out big time if they miss this in theaters.

Someone said this was a rip-off of the Matrix. That was funny, because when I first saw the The Matrix I remember thinking that it was a rip-off of Tron. Not to say that the Matrix was a better film, but if we're strictly speaking of originality, few films can match the originality and artistic style of Tron. Tron and Tron Legacy are true works of art.

This movie was stupid!... wait wait.. The plot in this movie was stupid! Okay. Better.. It was cool to look at but the end pissed me off. It sucked story wise. But Tron is a beast though. Fav person in the movies even though he had line no lines..

I completely disagree with this review.  Lately I've been disagreeing with a lot of these reviews but for Cyrus to call this a "bad movie" thats just out of bounds.  I love you guys but this wasn't a "bad movie".  Maybe you didn't like the story, but look at this as a bigger picture of what it has to offer.  It's still a strong story, stronger than most of the big budget action movies out there today.  You can tell the production team worked hard on the value of this movie.

This movie has a lot to offer.  Enter the theater with an open mind and you will thorougly enjoy this film.  It has heart and a lot of spicey visuals to make it a great theater experience.

I didn't think this movie was boring at all. Alright, first Spill thought that newest Indiana Jones movie was a Full Price, and now they think that this movie was boring. That's two strikes...

I never saw the first movie, but this didn't live up to my expectation. The special effects are amazing, so is the 3D (When it's happening). The disc fighting, and light-cycle races were badass. But this got boring up towards and the end. MATINEE.

Man this movie was fun, somehow it was way better then i expected, though Jeff Bridges going surfer boy at the worst of times got annoying, but other then that, it was really good XD!

It's a visual spectacle that is thrilling and entertaining, but it is when the action stops that the film loses its footing. The middle drags and it does not uphold the charm of the original. Yet when all is said and done, Tron Legacy gives the audience what it really wants, CGI action in a rich CGI video game world.

I give it a solid MATINEE
