I thought this movie was rather boring. This was not a good idea for a movie. I dont go to the cinemas to watch a video 8 times, neither do I watch youtube videos 8 times. Once is enough, let the story continue as from that moment on. I appreciate the idea, nice try, but it doesnt work. Rental. And hes using a Sony Ericsson W810! Im using the same phone! Please tell me how he manages to do that! It doesnt even support wireless audio!

i did not enjoy this movie, the ending was ok but the whole different vantage points and that fucking wind back that happened, what? eight times? weak as hell

I enjoyed this movie to a point. I liked the Idea, but other than that i wasnt overly impressed. I mean shit, If driving who gives 2 shits about a little girl when you just killed hundreds, if i was that guy she would have been road kill and Forrest would have had his face smeared on my axles. though this was a very informative movie, i learned if i want to become invincible i just have to become a secret service guy, i mean shit when your Denis Quages age if you get hit by a truck you dead, and if your not you sure as hell aint moving. just 2 points on the film i had issues with, there are a lot more, all and all worth renting not much more.

I thought that this was one of the worst movies I ever saw. I was totally bored with the endless rewinding and going over the same scene.

This was such a bad movie, poorly planned out and executed, it lacked everything even the CGI smoke was poor, and on top of all that it panned out to be a gay love story between the 'president' and his body gaurd with some innuendos to go with it, can't remember exactly but one was 'the president is in hand' lol it sucked and matthew fox who cares about that guy and his half assed acting

Yeah it was good but it could be better. The movie is full of action and with some good unexpected twists, it will keep you on the edge of your seat The story is good, it is about the different point of views of an assassination attempt to the president of the United States in Spain. It has a very nice cast, Dennis Quaid as an agent of the secret service, his role is convincing, Forest Whitaker as a tourist gives us a very good performance, William Hurt is with a decent acting job as the U.S president, Matthew Fox maybe not his best performance but also good and Sigourney Weaver with a brief appearance. The time rewinding back for each character was a little annoying. My conclusion is that this movie was good but if you ask me I'll wait to see it on dvd.

Forrest Whitaker was using an HD camcorder. Probably explains why he was so dramatic with that "Wow! This is...beautiful" line.

Poor Quaid is probably going to be type casted as the president/important government official. Since I have seen "American Dreamz" I expected him to be the president again.

Going to have to side with Leon on this one - I thought it was pretty good. My only beef was that one of the points of view didn't push the story forward, so we just kind of sat there for ten minutes. They overplayed the "Deus ex 7-Year-Old" a little bit too. The car chase was seriously good - probably due to the fact that there, like, a thousand pedestrians six inches from the cars. It was like running a chase through the Tour de France crowd.

This was a great entertaining movie, not sure what anyones beef is with the little girl and car thing. I can see an 8 year old freeze from terror and shock with the day she just had. I guess movies just spoil us into thinking everything is silly. Remember, movies are entertaining and art, hardly reality, otherwise it's call a documentary.

While the story was set on Salamanca, Spain, the movie was filmed on Mexico City, that despite being one of the most populated cities of the world, is very small, hence the petite streets. But streets on Spain aren't that big either.
