Jeff Foxworthy isn't close to being the most successful comedian in AMerica. I can name quite a few, ones I like and ones I don't, that are more successful (Dane Cook, perfect example of a successful comedian that hasn't won my favor). Anyways, yeah, there's lots of rednecks here in Texas, and I know quite a few, but I don't know one that would like this film.

Hate to break it too you Korey, but there are a lot more rednecks out there than you seem to think. There's a reason that Jeff Foxworthy is the most successful comedian in America.

HEY! In what other reviews does Edie shows up??? Im relatively new here, so I didn't know about you Edie. But, nice to see these guys talking to a woman...I was starting to get my doubts about them. ANyway, so you are no Puertorrican, but you are hispanic....which hispanic country is she from then?

I agree that it is sad when a good comedian does a bad movie. It looks like they spent all the money for the film's script on the cuture (means really, really overpriced) items that the girl owns. I don't understand why they would be advertising cuture items in this kind of movie. Anyway I agree that this movie is insulting to red necks. Then again I live in red neck country so I expect it to be popular (even if I think it is junk).

I agree with Razmere there. He's a Hell of a comedian! I tuned in to one of his comedy specials on Comedy Central once, just for the Hell of it, and I never laughed so hard for ANYBODY. But his first movie just fell flat. I couldn't even sit through the whole thing. I guess he's just one of those that doesn't transition well from the stage to the silver screen. Or, maybe it's just the material he has to work with. I don't know.

As bad as Larry The Cable Guy and his respective movies are, continuing to utilize him actually makes sense. Those responsible for acquiring his services know that, despite how pretentiously unfunny and utterly stupid his movies are, every piece of white trash will skip a tractor pull to have the 8-10 bucks to fork over to see his new movie that weekend.

Do we really have a large enough demographic of rednecks? haha surprisingly yeah. i know a lotta ppl who LOVE him! his standup was funny. BUT. he has absolutely no business being in movies.

Go Edie! Now shut up Korey so Edie can actually share her opinion! And as for the movie, why even bother to review it, just post a postcard saying "some ol' bullshit," and we'll get it, LOL.

I'm I the only one that knows that Larry the Cable Guy is all an act? Look at this: Yeah, his old comedy bit was so bad that he had to dumb it all down to become successful and adopt a stage persona as well. I can't stand him. The only guy I like from the Blue Collar group is Ron White because at least not every joke from him is about being from the south. And he drinks and smokes on stage so he's alright by me. I have no intentions on seeing this steaming pile of crap, just like I didn't see his first one. Korey's right, is there such a large demographic of people that would watch this to justify it's creation. I certainly hope not but wouldn't be surprised.

I think that Larry the Cable guy movies are a lot like the Ernest movies were back in the 90's. Which were just as bad and stupid.

I think that movie is insulting not only to rednecks, but also to cable-guys & unwarrented buttcracks everywhere.

Hey guys. I'm in GA, which means my family trees are loaded with stupid, annoying, retarded IQ 65 rednecks, and I DO NOT LIKE LARRY THE CABLE GUY. I had the misfortune of watching him in Health Inspector, and haven't watched another one of his movies since. Like Korey said in another review.. "I may be retarded but do not insult my intelligence". I watched Blue Collar TV for a little while a few years ago, but now the whole redneck humor thing has been dead for years, they just don't know when to quit! I don't know how they make it to theaters now. Lets just make a TV Channel and let Larry own it for himself and call it a damn day. There will be about 50 good people that will watch it worldwide. Korey takes one for the team watching this movie.

I am white like flour and come from a pretty redneck background. My family is all from Northern Ontario and my entire paternal side are hunters, fishermen, outdoorsmen, rowdy, and heavy drinkers. I, nor any of my family, will want to watch this.
