There are several issues i have when there talking about other races in video game. I have no problem with main characters being a different race, however i would prefer a thousand of the same white characters over a character like James Heller who act's like a fucking chimpanzee when confronted with a computer and when he doesn't have anything intelligent to say he just says fuck over and over again. James Heller is a shit character. There are several Asian main characters. Look at the Yakuza series

Wow, Korey went off on Kevin this episode. And I mean off. Getting James Gunn would be very cool - Of his works, I've only seen Super, but that was pretty good, and I'm interested to see how Lollipop Chainsaw turns out.

With what was said about Kingdom Hearts, I'd have to agree. I'm a fan of the game series, and I understand how complicated it is.

From what was said, it sounds like you played through the Play Station 2 games. There was one game released between those two (Chain of Memories) for the GBA, and now there are a number of side games that are on different consoles

Playing through a game that's in a series, it is important to play though the other games. You don't go watch a film in a series without watching the prior ones. And this is a JRPG game, so there's going to be a lot of elements that you have to pay attention to.

While I would like to see a Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance review, I don't think you guys would understand what's going on in the story.

Jeff, I must say I understand your ways with gaming but I have a different view here.

See as a kid because the game boy was cheaper both as a system and with games I had more for that than other systems.  most of my childhood was with the gbc and gba as I rented games for councils unless they were really big titles coming up.

So as a result even now I can't really sit still for that long with a council game.  I can go for a big session or two with a jrpg now and then, but anything with levels like mario and I'm doing 2 hours max that day after the first day I play it.

it is for the same reason as a kid that so much crap is on the DS and what not.  but at the same time there is high tier games.  I think if you can't get Kevin to do them you need someone who specializes in these things on the team.  that way even if your in the months of shlock that guy/girl can have a funny negative review.

Hell just this year we had Resident Evil, Uncharted, Disgea 3 and mortal kombat have differences with council versions, some download only games like might switch force, and we will get persona 4 director's cut and Luigi's Mansion.

So there is no short on good games for the systems in some form or another, there just isn't at many decent games during the bad months where most get psn titles January and September due to hype thanks to summer and winter sales.

I could see how the site "needs" more video game content. Hopefully you guys can come up with something. I already reviewed Minecraft for you guys if anyone wants my opinion on the game.

I am thinking after hearing your answer to the first question that you guys have never played Soldier Of Fortune 2. That game had area kill mechanics. You shoot a guy in the arm, he lost the use of that arm, you shoot him in the leg he fell to the ground and shot at you from there and you get shot in the head you are dead.

Thanks for answering my question and Nick,I only do it in jest, but I'll quit that from now on.

Anyway, I can see Jeff's point about shotguns and I'm more with Korey on this, it's great depending on the game. Recently in Deus Ex: HR, the shotgun in there was the first shotgun in a game where I preferred it to the assault rifle/machinegun because it had good damage and range, along with plenty of ammo. However, in comparison since Rainbow Six was brouht, in every game of that franchise, the shotguns have been pretty damn pointless because of their range, rate of fire, and accuracy. I can get more enemies with even the little submachineguns than I could with the shotguns.

Since I've been retrogaming lately, I found a sucky ass weapon that even as a kid I hoped it would be good, but it didn't do anything: the Klobb in Goldeneye 007. It used the same ammunition as the PP7(PPK) in the game and was fully automatic so you'd think it would be great right? Well, no because the damage done on that thing is minimal. What would've took me 2-3 aimed shots froma PP7 would've took the Klobb about 10 rounds to kill the enemy in that game.It wasted ammo and it did minimal damage that I really questioned why Rare put it in the game. I don't even use it,I stick with my PP7/PPK.

If want to play a game where a pedestrian can lose a limb and run around screaming, bleeding then play Carmageddon 2.  I once tapped a fat pedestrian in the leg just enough to knock him down and rip his leg off.  Then he got up, bleeding non-stop, and hopped away screaming.  I followed him, driving 1 km/h, for 5 minutes and then ran him over.

Yup.  Carmageddon 2 is that detailed. :O)
