I'm at the point where I'll never buy another Mario game. Truthfully, I am sick of the franchise - even while playing Galaxy I couldn't fully enjoy the experience. If they do make Grand Theft Mario Kart, or whatever bizarre incarnation comes next, Mario would still be dead to me. I'm done.

For some reason the audio player doesn't appear for me... Or at least on http://www.spill.com/Podcasts/Listen.aspx?audioId=1310 it doesn't appear... But as soon as I clicked "Post a Comment" at the bottom of the page the url was redirected to http://my.spill.com/profiles/blog/show?id=947994:BlogPost:5798238#last_comment and the audio player appears... But it still doesn't work on the main url link... Just thought I would let y'all know. Thanks for hard work, P.E.A.C.E.

Grand Theft Mario Kart should be easy to pull off, they are already Italian. Waluigi is trying to get control of the north side. Paratroopas control the flow of banana peels all around town. Princess Peach and Daisy have a ring of Toadette prostitutes they run all over the Mushroom Kingdom. Shy Guys paint and body shops and they also run a series of chop shops to sell your stolen rides to for some needed coin. Birdo runs the gay night club and is always looking for someone to make a liquor run out of the Mushroom Kingdom and back as it is a dry county. Bullet Bills are the police and use chain chomps to keep prisoners locked up, but rumors of corruption on the force are very true as Bowser Jr is the police chief after Bowser rigged the election to set himself up as mayor and his son to be the head of police. Hammer Brothers are the generals of the Koopa army of underlings for Wario, who runs the west side. They also sell mushroom dust and boo goo, the most wanted drugs in the kingdom. Poor Goombas are not allowed to drive, so they are the pedestrians and the people stuck using public transit in town working the menial 9 to 5 jobs. Monty Moles are no more after the great Mole day Celebration Bob-omb incident 3 years ago. Rumors abound as to who was behind the massacre or if it truly was an accident. All that is known for sure is that spinies started moving in to that part of the south side the Monty Moles occupied right after the incident. No one has ever seen the leader of the spinies, but some say he rules from the sky.

Sounds like the addition of the coins is simply a tool to make the game "easier" for people of all ages to play. Giving you tonnes of lives and throwing in a collect-them-all goal seems very weak. This is probably a game I would avoid if I had the 3DS, even if it is very well put together and seamless, the whole point of a new game it that it's better than the one before it. And this just.... sounds pretty much the same. :P
