On November 13, the accuser's lawyers, Andreozzi & Associates, released the following statement:

"This office represented a 23-year-old man who was the subject of many media reports regarding Kevin Clash. He wants it to be known that his sexual relationship with Mr. Clash was an adult consensual relationship. He will have no further comment on the matter."

Sesame Workshop also released a statement: "We are pleased that this matter has been brought to a close, and we are happy that Kevin can move on from this unfortunate episode."

Reports suggest the accuser is Sheldon Stephens, a model with a criminal record.

You , like so many republicans, fail to understand that obama was not elected in a vacuum where it was either him or nobody. Obama was elected as a choice between him and another guy. The other guy being somebody who would have done all of those drone strikes AND WORSE. All of that 'republican-like' stuff obama is going would have also been done by republicans so they cancel each other out in a side by side comparison. If you had a candidate who was progressive and didn't agree with that patriot act stuff and had a real chance to win, i would have voted for that person instead of obama. For example, if Hilary came out and said she was against that stuff (she isn't) and she is running as an independant, I probably would have voted for her if i thought that by doing so, it wouldn't split the vote and romney would get in.

I view these elections as steps in the right direction; some walk slowly, some walk quickly but the key is that they are walking in the general direction in which In which I want them to walk. Always remember, anything you think obama is bad at, a republican would be twice as bad. I don't think anybody is praising obama for that drone stuff or the ability to kill americans abroad etc, we just understand that they all would do the same exact thing if elected. You need to look at this stuff practically and not with this belief that just because somebody voted for obama, they agree with everything he does. If the 2008 election happened all over again, I might vote for Hillary if I thought she could stand up to republicans better than obama when it came to negotiations. I also don't agree with obama on any of that libya stuff but remember, romney would have gone in there with troops from what i can see.

I have been trying to figure out for a long time, how to download spill audio without having to listen to it as I record it. Is there a way to just download the mp3 file within a few minutes so I can put it on my memory stick and play it in my car? I do a lot of driving and all there is out there on the radio is right wing nuts like rush and hannity. I just want to be able to right click and click 'save target as' then have the show on my desktop where i can listen to it in my car or on my phone as a mp3 file.

When hurricane sandy hit, my elec was out for over a week. All I had to listen to was this old let's do this episode where they talked about the guy from the monkeys dying.

Meatloaf wasn't drunk. I mean this in the most non-jokingly way possible but he's completely fucked up now, worse than present day Ozzy Osbourne. He played last year at the Australian football final and he was pretty much the same as at the Romney rally. Pathetically sad for fans of his music actually.

LDT and ACOCO   are my two podcast shows that I listen to when I'm commuting on the DC metro.. I really enjoy this, and it lightens the mood before I meet up to discuss genocide and mass attrocities.

You're a political scientist at Boise State  what more do we need to know?  I am here in DC in graduate school. Anyway  I never get tired of politics. Election talk though I am a bit tired of it, but it's an ongoing battle.  Just as  never-ending as the number of Dynasty Warrior games.  Anyway great to hear Billy again.  Dude is pretty good.

Google the national defense act... go ahead i'll wait.... google national defense act and then please gush about barrack obama. I'm a libertarian I'm not a republican so this isn't irrational obama hate.
Korey if you are concerned about drone strikes look into how under the obama administration we have reclassified enemy combatant as any military age male 16. That's a huge issue today because we are going down a dangerous road when we don't have to factor loss of our soldiers lives anymore. When we can sit back and let our toys do the killing for us it creates a whole new set of difficult questions.

Obama also cracked down on more medical marijuana companies than any president in history. I am glad he won over Romney no doubt but i'm certainly not skipping around in circles for a guy who took a massive shit on the constitution. (again see National Defense act)

Fun Fact Y'all Barrack Obama deported more immigrants in his four years in office than George Bush in eight. Oh yeah he's a real friend to the latino community. Yes republicans don't embrace latinos but to assume democrats back latinos these days is factually untrue.
Glad the election talk can end soon; I'm a political scientist at Boise State so i'm sick of hearing this shizz

You can't blame Obama for not fulfilling every promise made, Most never do. Since he's black now it means something. Why don't you ask Joe Lansdale if he has even had a fuckign chance to do most of what he wanted in Office, you know the president isn't the end all be all right Commentors? He can't just do whatever the fuck he wants.

    @MR CHOCOLATE BAR

I don't really think Obama has been that big of a failure more of a meh. Most hard leftists I know are much more dissatisfied with him than I am. I thought he would have been an extremist based on his 08 campaign rhetoric, but he wasn't so I was satisfied in that respect. When I was talking about "Obama's failures" I was refering to his campaign promises to the far left that he made and then lied about (what Billy was blaming the Republicans for). I'm glad he was lying.....for his first term anyway.

@MR CHOCOLATE BAR, It's fine that Democrats like Obama and defend him. But, that's not the kind of Democrats I was referring to. I was talking about Democrats who go to the extreme with their love of Obama. I’m referring to democrats like these. In other words, fanatics.

Yeah, I know that these are exaggerated examples but, there are some real life Democrats that are pretty close to these examples. And these are the Democrats i was referring to.
NOT the ones that you described.
