    This movie is a big "fuck you", i hated the "it was all a dream" ending...fine Bella has a better personality and an enjoyable fight scene at the end...but there was so much more wrong with this movie,....it was all a vision, really? fuck... vampires with so many powers, how are the werewolves a threat? and Pedobear Jacob, that was fun!

    My Review of The Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn Part 2

    saw the film today, it was exactly 5 years ago this weekend when I saw the 1st movie with my sister

    this was the best movie of the series

    so glad they hired an acting coach and Bella is so much a better person this time around

    the climax was very awesome but I was bothered that it was just a fakeout, still I'm glad a lot of my favorite people didn't get the axe

    Mackenzie Foy played Renessme very well, too

    it was about time too that Charlie learned of what was partially going on, nobody can be out of the loop forever

    they probably could have cut out the zillions of new vampires because they were pretty much stand-ins and barely said anything

    some of the effects looked great while also relatively cheesy

    to sum up, this is the best 'Twilight' movie in the series, I'm happy the filmmakers answered my prayers and I am sad to see it go, being a non-hater I've had fun with these films since the beginning, I was tearing up at the end quite honestly

    so every hater out there (GUYS) you can rejoice and I congratulate you but rest assured that there will be more movies in the future like this, it's inevitable, films like The Host, Beautiful Creatures, plus they might make a spinoff called Second Short Life of Bree Tanner

    they might be better or might be worse than what you claim this franchise was

    and I want to make a statement here and now: YOU CAN CHOOSE TO HATE THE TWILIGHT MOVIES ALL YOU WANT BUT I CHOOSE TO DESPISE THE SPIDER-MAN REBOOT BECAUSE HOLLYWOOD ACTUALLY CROSSED THE LINE WHEN THEY MADE THAT DECISION....TAKE THAT TO THE BANK!

    Ahhh Brian, that realisation that everyone is calling you on the same thing!

    Takes me back to working in an open plan office years ago where I was listening to Ozzy Osbourne absolutely CRANKED up on my headphones and I'm like 'yeaaah...rockin while I work!!!'.
    Suddenly I realised the whole office was staring at me like "THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU?"

    After painfully watch all Twilight films, I must say this film is the best of all of them and I was extremely entertained throughout.  Not only only because of the fight at the end but how bad it some parts of the film was.  Its one of those films that its SO bad it becomes good and entertaining to watch.  The difference with this movie that it is never boring, it moves on quickly to something else ridiculous.  The worse thing a movie can do is be boring and bad at the same time.

    And as for the rating system.  It is not a measurement of how good a film is, in terms of story, acting, script etc.  It just basically indicates how entertained you were and that can very much be influence by your expectations before the film.  I enjoyed the film, even thought it is still bullshit and I gave a 6/10.  Taken 2 on the other hand I expected to be much better so that's why gave it a 3/10.  Is Twilight:BD2 a better made film than Taken 2? FUCK no.  Is it more enjoyable? Hell yeah.

    @ Darlinho- I apologize for my comment ,i really do .It was just an attempt at a joke gone seriously wrong.

    Anyways,the main point over here is Korey goes way out of his way to go against the grain,and this tendency overpowers his judgement.As a reviewer,i lay my stock with Leon much more than Korey,Co-host or Brian/Cyrus.e

    He rarely thinks out his ideas,his knowledge of movies is shallow,he gripes for attention way too much,and just cant but help play the devils advocate over and over again,as can be readily identified from his thoughts on TDKR and twilight.

    I have explained enough,and like i said,on these message boards its rather sanctimonious to go against Koreys opinion.

    @robert wild

    its not the same thing my man. there is a difference (at least from what i understood form the rating system). That was why i gave that college grading scale as an example. lol alot of college kids wish a C+ was the same as B but its not.

    but yeah i think this debate is wrapped up

  • November 19, 2012 at 7:40 PM, darlinho said ...

    @whiteprince WTF????  where did you get that from my comment????? i was using it as an example to understand the rating system.  i just used college because most of the spillios appear to be in college. lol did  you just come on her to boast about a film and sociology degree??  i won't even comment on that one.

    like i told someone else the last time i post if you start your posts with bs, it absolutely discredits everything else you have to say no matter how well thought out the rest of it is (in my opinion). You can say you were being sarcastic all you want i don't buy it.  I would expect better from someone with a masters degree.

    lol i can't  believe you started out your post with that. My mind is blown right now.  i think this guy says it best

    Modern Vampires could work, if you gave them to Tarantino, not the oxygen channel.

    @Jack38

    Again, im NOT arguing with you, and completely respect Korey's opinions. However, I still have the right to simply disagree with him, like how you have the right to disagree with me. All I have been trying to say this whole time is I simply thought Korey and Co Host were to easy on this film.

    @Kimono-Joe

    You have a good point there, but giving a film a matinee (low or high) is still calling it a "good" film. But I do agree with you for the most part.

    And can we seriously just end this conversation? I didn't want this to be an arguement or anything, I was just simply trying to state this whole time that Korey and Co host just seemed o go to easy on this film. Not in enjoyment, but AS A FILM.

    Good point Jack68, well said.

    And Metal Face and Robert Wild, as someone mentioned in another comments, there is a difference in a high and low matinee.

    Think of it like this High matinee is spending $7-$11(3D films) and seeing it when you can, but no need to rush.

    Low Matinee is going to a dollar theater, because the film is kind of worth seeing on a big screen, but only if you don't have anything better to do.

  • November 19, 2012 at 12:22 AM, Jack68 said ...

    @ Robert Wild. Well if he believes they deserve a matinee, they deserve a matinee. Don't see the problem in it whatsoever. I believe that if it was any other movie than TDKR (with maybe a few exceptions like The Hobbit) nobody would care about Korey giving the film a matinee.

    So is batman going to be fighting vampires in the twilight reboot? Cuz that would be awesome.

  • November 19, 2012 at 12:07 AM, said ...

    @jack68 I never WAS complaining or hating on Korey for giving TDKR a matinee though! I was just comparing two films that are vastly different in quality that Korey gave the same rating. Also, Korey has been giving ALOT of films matinees recently, which is why these dicussions are happening. I respect both him and you for giving TDKR a matinee, that wasn't even the point in my comments. Like I said, I didn't INTEND this to turn into a TDKR fan war at all.

  • November 18, 2012 at 11:47 PM, Jack68 said ...

    By film I mean I haven't seen Twilight. Nor am I in a rush to see it. Just sick of as soon as Korey gives something a Matinee, a hardcore TDKR fan cries out. Are we going to keep hearing it as soon as a reviewer on the site gives any film a matinee?

  • November 18, 2012 at 11:43 PM, Jack68 said ...

    @ Robert Wild He never said he was bored during the first 90 minutes. Just he could understand Leon feeling that way. I haven't even seen the film, but man the whole TDKR affair with 'nobody who criticses it understands it' is just nonsense.

    I didnt want my comment to become a TDKR fan war, lol. And im not bashing Korey for giving it a Matinee, he had good points. What I was saying was in his review of TDKR, 2 thirds of the film being matinee and a third of the film being full price, he gave it a matinee rating. For his review of Breaking Dawn part 2, however, 2 hours of rental/some old bull shit and 10 minutes of matinee/full price got him to give this a full matinee rating? I just personally think he and Co host were to easy on this film. I respect different opinions and how different things appeal to different people, I just couldn't believe they passed this as a "good film".

  • November 18, 2012 at 10:59 PM, said ...

    @metal face I agree, in my comments, I was just trying to say that Korey and Co Host werew giving this film to much credit AS A FILM. They normally do a good job at judging films over all aspects, but because this film had a good 10 minute action scene and it beingso bad it was laughable just doesn't sound like a film anywhere near a matinee. A bad film with enjoyable moments sounds more like a rental. A matinee would be legitimately calling a film a good movie. I still respect the hell out of the spill crew, I just thought Korey and Co host were WAY to easy on this film.

  • November 18, 2012 at 10:58 PM, Kevin Ho said ...

    @Metal Face, few things to consider. You're assuming TF3 action scenes was good and effective. I believe it wasn't. It was action for the sake of action which I got bored of pretty quickly. It having good effects is just a waste since it wasn't used well in the context of the movie.

  • November 18, 2012 at 10:44 PM, Jack68 said ...

    When it comes to ratings I am right with Korey giving TDKR a matinee. As a big Batman fan I think a lot of writing in it left a lot to be desired.

  • November 18, 2012 at 10:42 PM, said ...

    @Kidpool  Yea I know that. I was just making a point at whiteprince because that's what it looked like he was implying which I find idiotic as hell to think about. Though I still think giving this movie a matinee for a 10 minute action scene where they gave Dark of the Moon fuck you's and bullshits and its action scene was pretty much an entire hour with great special effects and set pieces.
