    The sad thing is that I have heard of The Wild Geese... because the trailer was one of the commercials that played during The Star Wars Holiday Special. But to be fair it was with RiffTrax.

    Hey Hector - remind me again... didn't you try out for one of the Wimpy Kid movies? I am pretty sure I remember you saying something about that oh... 19 comments ago but maybe I'm mistaken.

    @Bryan: Thanks. :)

    Please tell Cyrus that I tried out to play the role out of Greg Heffley back in Janurary 2009 when I was 13 years old.

    I also called the author and illustrator of the books, Jeff Kinney and he told me that kids with Cerebral Palsy with moderate Spastic Quadriplegia were welcome to audtion to play the role of Greg Heffley.

    My audtion got 3½ stars out of 5.

    I would love to hear his opinion about this on the show the following week.

    @Hector--As I've said many times before, our reviews are always a week in rears. If Wimpy Kid came out the day the show posted, it won't be on that show. It WILL however be on the show the following week.

    Thanks for answering my question, guys! I asked because as I was trying to think up a question, my gaze wondered  to a shelf that had the empty case of the first ever boxset that I was given: All six original Star Trek movies on VHS. Lined up they made a picture of the Enterprise. I was six and it's still one of the best gifts that I ever got!

    Good job guys.

    @Cropsey: Yes I did.

    I've been reading the book series since I was 13 because my friend Ari was a fan of the books and he gave the first book for my 13th birthday party.

    Hi Hector. Damn you really are a big fan of Wimpy kid!

    I assume you've heard the wimpy kid dog day review where the boys talk about you at length? Haha. Go well:)

    @Cropsey: Thanks Cropsey :)

    @Davril Chorster: You don't have to apologize David. It's okay :)

    The only bad thing I can say about books 6 and 7 of the Diary of a Wimpy Kid books series is that Greg doesn't interact with anyone here like he did in the previous books with Rowley, Rodrick, Dad and Mom. In one of the future sequels Greg should talk about the realationship with his little brother Manny Heffey. But at least in book 7 Greg learns that in love some expectations never align with reality.

    Girls is a horrible show filled with the not so pretty daughters of more talented people. I would rather hammer nails through my hand then ever watch this again.

    Im from Australia, and I hate those Chris Lily shows, I thought it was racist too. I actually think a lot of Australians are a bit racist if not that then certainly ignorant of different cultures, Ive seen it and experienced it, but then again, I grew up for a bit in the US where there is a lot more mingling of different types of people.

    But on a brighter note... Its Christmas time where you do the show where you open up all the presents...and that is always fun :)

    My first DVDs, because I bought two at the same time, were X-MEN and Gladiator.  And this was back in the year 2000.

    First audio CD was In Utero, by Nirvana.  I was in middle school at that time.

    Here's a logo idea for you. Also I think the mailbag segment could be called Remote Reading...too obvious?

    @Hector, if you really have cerebral palsy then I apologize.

    @Silverfisk, you don't know what you're talking about re ACOCO.  I'd been listening to every podcast on this website for almost as long as this website's been around and ACOCO has never changed.  News around the world has changed, drastically, and as a result, topics on these podcasts have changed, as well.  Sometimes ACOCO is more serious than usual (like when 27 children are mowed down by a psychopath) and sometimes it's funnier than ever.  Everything fluctuates, all the time.

    Also, if you'd listened to the other podcasts on this website you'd have heard Korey claim that he's always joking, every week.  He's never actually angry at any of the Spillios.

    Hector Fernando Andrade JR. II, you're allowed to like whatever movie or book you want brother. It's a free world. I've heard Korey, co host and those chaps talk at length about you also which makes you a legend. Go well champ:)

    I just want to let everyone know that the reason why I love this charming and funny book and movie series is because my life is a lot like Greg´s so it´s fun to relate to him.

    I was born with Cerebral Palsy with moderate Spastic Quadriplegia and I tried out to play the role out of Greg Heffley back in Janurary 2009 when I was 13 years old.

    I also called the author and illustrator of the books, Jeff Kinney and he told me that kids with Cerebral Palsy with moderate Spastic Quadriplegia were welcome to audtion to play the role of Greg Heffley.

    My audtion got 3½ stars out of 5.

    But I like Zachary Gordon as Greg because he also loves the books series and he plays the role of Greg in a similar way that I would of if I won the role 4 years ago.

    @Hector Fernando Andrare JR. II, are you 12 years old?  If so, your selections of Christmas gifts make perfect sense.  If you want to see a really good movie from this year, watch "Liberal Arts".
