In my old unit almost 90% of reported rapes were false accusations. In almost every case even when proven innocent, the accused was still dishonorably discharged and the female would get a slap on the wrist for lying. The only reason they are making such a big deal about it is because of how much they are bullhorning the cases that are true. With that being said, I'd like someone to explain to me why women don't have to sign up for the draft now.

He just murdered the girl. He is a known woman-beater who just got fed up and shot her one night. If you look at his story for just two minutes you can tell it's a sloppy lie. You know why he shot her though the bathroom door? Because she ran there to avoid another beating, just like so many abused women do, and he shot her in cold blood. I'm so tired of rich famous people getting away with murder. It just makes my blood boil that ANYONE believes his outlandish story. It's just OJ all over again...

I work for the government, yet I'm in favor of cuts even here at my job. Is it any wonder that many of the working class blacks are government workers. Meaning if there weren't so many government programs that many blacks might be jobless. That's shameful.

As far as your statement about people coming here and doing well, that's just a stereotype. Somehow, I sense a bit of anti black racism in that statement since most people who say that are using trying to juxtapose that to black America's situation. First of all, let me school you a little on immigrants....immigrants are a highly motivated group of people. They are not the average people from their country. THink about how motivated you have to be to pack your bags and move to a strange country. Immigrants are also, not doing as well as the stereotype suggests. If you go to any town you see cab drivers, fruit stand people, Chinese restaurant workers who make very little money. They have to work 12 hrs a day BECAUSE they make little money, not because they are super ambitious people. The cab drivers drive cabs for similar amounts of hours because of the same reason. Another thing people don't understand is that the African immigrant is at the top when it comes to 'model immigrant' status as far as educational achievement and career status YET, people still try to portray black people as lazy in comparison to immigrants.
I remember watching this documentary on the poor chinese peole of nyc. Stands would put out old fruit and vegetables as garbage and these people would come out late at night going through the garbage for scraps just to feed themselves. Sorry but they aren't all working in IT or software development as the stereotype suggests.
If you didn't mean to make a subtle comparison between blacks and immigrants, than I apologize for accusing you , however, in my opinion , people who site immigrants and their alleged 'super success' are usually trying to put down black folks. You should also know that the stereotype about immigrants coming over here with no money is also false, often these people are the upper class of their former home countries.
Finally, Republicans don't have any damn principals. They have what i call, 'piss off the base talking points'. Republicans claim they are against immigrants, meanwhile, you make a hero out of president Reagan who gave millions of 'illegals' amnesty. Republicans pretend to be about being anti terrorists, yet this same president did arms deals with terrorists and 'cut and ran' from them. You claim not to be about racism but this same president didn't have a problem with the apartheid system in south Africa. This same president also raised t axes even though you guys claim to be against tax hikes. Normally, I wouldn't use one president for so many examples but it was yall CHOICE to make this guy yall hero!
Even now you got some Republicans talking about how they need to change their stance on immigration because they need the Latino vote! Republicans also offer up stupid arguments such as the one that goes ........'the small cuts Obama wants to make will barely make a dent in the deficit'. Then they turn around and want to cut all of these programs that people depend on, even though, these cuts will also 'barely make a dent in the deficit'.
So tell me , why should any black person vote for a Republican who wants to shut down government jobs on which black people depend?
