As a big fan of bad movies i couldn't resist.. had to watch Zombie Lake!

Wow, It is indeed bad. VERY bad:) Not quite sure why they bothered making it. No one put in any effort... at all. God knows why they have released it on Blue ray!

@Kelly  Little girl animation has plumeted since the days of She-Ra and Jem. There was a brief come back with Totally Spies but since then I thought W.I.T.C.H. was trash, and that other magical girl cartoon on nickelodeon are completely sexist...   Personally I think The Legend Of Korra has been the best female animated role model since..... ever and I encourage all future women to watch that rather than Barbie, monster high, and other BS trash..

@Kelly the mob ? that is how we got ww2.
the germans felt betrayed and exploited after the versailles treaty stripped them bare(or so i heard) all it took was a crazy brunette wanking on arians to wrap them up into nazis.

    step on someone long enough....

there was an ep of the 4rth season of southland with a nazi wanting a nazi sign on the birthday cake of his child.

the black patissier refused, the police got involved in this 'unjust' refusal to serve a customer.

it is a tv series but when i think that there are people out there who really think it is their given right to claim nazism as their belief, i get chills.

the mob is incapable of anything else than stir up trouble as they behave like a pack.

i try to call germans germans and nazis nazis as there is a difference: the german resistants. few, yea, but existed.

i m just saying taking all individuals and putting them in the same bag is not right.

one of the ugliest results is the post war paris mob which destroyed the lives of many women who spread them for nazis. shaven and marked with white hot iron is not an end i would give to those women among the simple sluts who were well known (just as the sluts were if not more) around town to sleep with nazis, but secretly gave info they got on the pillows, after sex, to the resistance.

how many people did they save? how far did their involvement go concerning the world's liberation? we will never now, becase of the mob.

aside from spitting insults the mob isn t of much use: there is a nazi political party in germany. alive and kicking since 64. nice work, mob, nice work. plz continue the bashing on one hand and let them gather in piece on the other.

I can't believe the creators of Phineas and Ferb made something like Rocco's Modern Life. Especially when the show had scenes like THIS

I've actually watched some Barbie movies on Youtube out of curiosity, and yes they are as lame and overindulge in dumb poorly-constructed girly fantasies as you'd think, but some of the character interactions has surprising heart to them, like there's people working on those that care and are trying to make the best of what they've got to work with. It's the same with Mattel's other property, Monster High, although it's silly, not that it's meant to be taken seriously, and can be painfully dumb at times (and full of puns, pun everywhere they can jam them) but they take time building up characters and their backgrounds and actually get in some pretty good characterization and messages for kids. There's better stuff to watch if you're an adult, just saying they deserve a bit of credit.

@Jer G. Gernault I understand the importance of not indulging the blood-thirsty mob mentality, but about Nazis now feeling discriminated and hated? I have so little sympathy for anyone who chooses to actually be a Nazi in this day. For other things I'm willing to be rational and fair to, but Nazis actually advocate discrimination and hate towards groups of people and it is absolutely serendipitous that they get it back, for them to complain is hypocritical and illustrates the problems of their ideals. And realistically it's an effective way to keep them down. I don't encourage the existence of that kind of blind blood-thirsty thinking and hate, but it's there and not going away soon and when it does ideals like Nazism won't be a treat anymore, so I say let the mob have them.

I think you guys missed the point of the Master, but yeah the film does have a weak plot, but the characters do change, and Hoffman gave his best performance of his life I think, but I guess we are just different.

I have seen Barbie In The Pink Shoes and its not that bad but not as good as some the other Barbie movies. My stepdaughter likes it. She also loves Fiona and Cake which I enjoy as well. The only DVDs I buy anymore are for her so its nice to hear things I have seen get mentioned.

Sansho the Bailiff is one of my favorite films of all time. It really got me into understanding not only film itself but general Japanese culture. I'm surprised you havn't heard of the director, because he directed a few movies that had a lot of impact in Japanese film, including the fantasticly made ghost film Ogetsu and Miss Oyu.

Great episode once again guys, that was great fun listening to. :)

If next week's show might be a little light in terms of new releases, how about covering some Blu Rays that are on sale now, and would be highly reccommended by you both? They could be movies that weren't covered on Remote Viewing that would be interesting to look back on now, or even something like your favourite festival films over the recent years. Whatever you have in mind, I'm looking forward to the next RV. :)
