The Demo of this game glitched out, making it unplayable.

I like Kevin's jazz music noise. That should be the intro to something, or like the noise Kevin's character makes when he dies or something in the Loading Bar video game.

Kevins right, this game is garbage.  The overmap portion can't even be called strategic, because of how broken up the "levels" (just a small neighborhood) are.  The first few levels, I spend my time, buying buildings, tweaking the stats on my distillerys, or pawn shops, just to learn it's a waste of time, cause nothing will carry over to the next level, and all it wants you to do is the bare minimum to satisfy what ever the level objective is.  It's real time, and most of the problems can be solved by throwing cash at them, so make one business, drum your fingers for 10 mins till it's generated enough money, and pay or buy X.

Is it me or is this game kind of a cash in for the Boardwalk Empire TV show, I mean come on, who didn't look at the cover of this game and not think of the Boardwalk from Boardwalk Empire. This is sad because I too want more games to take place in the prohibition era.

I'm going to cry. I've always wanted a turn based strategy prohibition era gangster game. Have to strike this off my wishlist.

This is extremely disappointing to hear, I had some hope for this game.  It seems like a no-brainer, combine the old simulation/bus sim game Gangsters with the turn based combat and squad management of Jagged Alliance.

I must admit I'm a major sucker for mobster fiction I was one of the people who bought a collectors edition of Godfather the game. Maybe I will stay away from Omerta until they come out with a Boardwalk Empire mod lol.
